Being an adult and hearing this is making my emotions just twist up. I was raised on nothing but Pokemon, and Im grown up now looking back, and just tearing up thinking about the fantastic preasent moments that I got to experience as a child. I wish there was a way to just be a kid forever and not have to worry about stupid things like bills and gas prices.

Its 2019 and I just found this remix and all of your work. I just want to say how much I appreciate and respect what you've done with all these classic and nostalgic themes. You've managed to capture what made them so near and dear to all of us kids growing up playing these games, but made them modern and listenable for the newer generation who may not have played these games growing up.

... I don't think I've ever felt so _emotional_ over a song, especially a lyricless one, just because of how it sounds rather than separate emotional experiences I attached to it. Of course, the intense nostalgia for childhood plays a big factor here, but... ;____;

I always feel that way. That's why I love videogame music and instrumental. When a real artist tries to express emotions through the sounds of instruments he usually ends up creating something that speaks to and about our emotions better than any lyrics from a pop song can. I love Crono Trigger's and Xenoblade Chronicles 2's music for this emotional weight they have.

I swear it doesn’t make sense. What feels like yesterday was five-six years ago. When I was all excited about my teenage years. Now, as I’m about to enter adulthood, I wish I could stay at this age for a longer time. It’s not like I’m going to be buried six feet under in a decade, hopefully not, but everything is perfect as it is now. I still got the majority of my family around me, go out with friends, slide in them dms, I just love it all.

Best Lo-fi version of National Park I've heard! This is my favorite track out of all the ones in the entire Pokémon franchise and I'm really glad it has had this beautiful treatment made by you. I really appreciate it. Loving it!

Listened to this a lot during the toughest point of my life. Makes me feel warm inside to listen back, though! Love it still.

Man's knew the original melody in the breakdown didn't require much of anything. Respect.

I... even if i had years to explain how this song makes me feel, i'd never be able to get across how much Joy and Nostalgia this remix fills me with... Please don't ever stop making music.

Brings me back to that tough moment in my young life, trying to make friends and the only people that called were the ones on PKMN Gold. lol all sad.

I think the most amazing part of Pokémon GSC was beating the game, coming back to Johto just to walk around and find Pokémon and realize there was an entire cave you hadn’t explored yet with a Tyroge waiting for you at the end!

I never really appreciated this remix compared to a lot of your other ones, but I'm just realizing now how it hits the nail on the head with nostalgia. Specifically, the 8bit ringtone -- most of us found the phone calls in GSC really annoying, so hearing it here is charming and makes you appreciate how even a memory of something annoying can be a good one. Maybe I'm reading too much into it lol.

This is so good! National Park from GSC is my favorite Pokémon soundtrack, and you certainly did it justice. Keep it up!

15 years ago playing my Pokémon silver after I got my third badge I went north discovered national park and instantly fell in love with the music there

ss was my first ever played pokemon game, i got it from my cousin, and i remember my reaction to this thrme when i first heard it!! i just sat there with this look of pure peace and innocence(even more innocent than a 5 year old kid) and was satisfied. Im glad this theme is in my home region.

I heard this song when I played Heartgold for the first time back in Year 5. 12 years have since passed by and now Im in my Final Year of Chem Eng Masters, yet my feelings towards this song remain the same....

+Dapper Blook When did you play it? Playing it for the first time just recently might make it underwhelming but back when it came out, animated Pokemon sprites and the option to choose your gender was unheard of.
