This brought me back to the good old days of A-B Life, Catch For Us The Foxes, and the pinnacle Brother, Sister. Instant nostalgia hearing Aaron’s vocals kick it up like that. Makes me want more. I really hope the album heads in that direction!

Still trying to shake off the chills of "Who's the devil this time?"... What a brilliant song.

I first saw them in a bar in Denver in 2004. I've spoken with all members. They're as down to earth and smart as you'd expect. Still my favorite 15 years later in 2019.

I can't quite put my finger on what's going on here. Almost has a very distict classic familiar mwy vibe but this recent stuff feels extremely fresh and unexplored. I'm very exited for this damn record to drop

The climax of the song's buildup also reminds me of Wolf Am I for some reason. Maybe it's the almost rant-like delivery of the lyrics that reminds me of the song.

Hearing this throwback to heavier mewithoutYou but with even BETTER modern production is amazing, I'm so glad they can still bring such quality sounds across all their facets even after as long as they've been a band

I must say that is the best punk rock song I've heard in years

This sounds like their Brother Sister type songs but with growth, etc. I am excited!

I actually hear a lot of brother, sister in this. It's heavier, but in a market dimly lit is also heavy (at least the screamed chorus), this reminds me vaguely of wolf am I/o porcupine

Love that Aaron still can flex his vocals on the music scene.

I have been a die hard fan since A - B life and loved every single album and I have to say this is top 5 mwY songs.

This is the best production I've heard from Will Yip yet. Those drums are so huge and not afraid to be more bass-y than contact-y.

Without a doubt it's either gonna be skipped or he will give it a mediocre review. He loves to hate on every metal/punk band from the era other than Touche Amore and La Dispute. See his YUNO for Underoath and ETID, and his complete lack of acknowledgement of acknowledgement for virtually every other metalcore and screamo band that started during the scene era. He's not big on most Nu Metal, either

My thoughts exactly. He hasn't liked any of the albums since Brother Sister. I do think a lot his criticisms of modern post-hardcore are valid (I'll admit wholeheartedly that I mostly liked the new Underoath record because they got me into heavy music. It's not great. I'm a fanboy.), but his criticisms of mewithoutYou don't make a whole lot of sense. I think that's why he probably won't review it, and if he does it'll be a waste. How many times can you say, "I only liked their 2000s stuff," before it gets redundant. The fact this has a more AB Life feel will probably be a bad thing to him as well.

Saw mewithoutyou for the first time at Cornerstone 2006 and they’ve been one of my favorite bands ever since. I must say this has to be one of their dirtiest songs yet...

Sound a bit more like their original material, but with a mix of how they've grown other the years
