You also need to add: Amber isn't around Mewtwo all the time anymore but around Pig, since Pig can see her. I think thats ALSO a reason Amber is around. To be with Mewtwos sister and watch over Pig

I think it may be more "I need to find the best healer to teach me how to be able to save those I care about." Methinks that Huey, after Mewtwo has been restored back to normal, he may be tempted to go back to his mom's old stomping grounds in Kalos, maybe try to find Xerneas to teach him how to use that kind of power.

@@a.p.studios8713 to be fair tho, if he tried using metronome, odds are very small that he'll end up using a healing move. It's far more likely he'll end up damaging his mom more with attack moves. But can mewtwo learn copycat? If he at least new copycat, I think since he wasn't injured in any way, he would be able to heal the outer damage his mom suffered since Newtwo healed the internal damage

This made me tear up. The voice acting was phenomenal. i already knew she was going to be ok because we saw the future. But i genuinely felt like we were about to lose someone.

As soon as Newtwo closes her eyes, I start crying. Here I am, hoping for her to be fully recovered...

This was one of the most emotional moments in any fan-made series I’ve ever seen. The voice acting felt so….real and everything else was just….I have no words. I can’t wait for the next part.

Mmmm truama, definitely won’t cause panic attacks in characters later! Lol but in all seriousness, everyone did phenomenal! I got the feels when Huey was crying for his mama, and I giggled slightly when pig face planted Oak in the grass. The art and voice acting is amazing, and you guys deserve way more recognition than what you already have. I hope everyone reading this has a good day/night, and be safe! ❤

This episode really hit me in the feels, specially when Huey was crying for his mother.

When Mew saw her daughter and grand children in pain she went into full bad over protective mama mode

I think Huey might go on a journey to train and get stronger just because of what he experienced. Only fueled by not being helpless in anymore situations like that. He might feel some guilt too. Thinking that if he was already strong, then everything wouldn’t have happened in the first place.

The issue isn't strength. It's purely mental. He's freezing up with fear/emotion, preventing him from making a decision. Like Pigment is probably weaker than Huey, but mentally is more able to think clearly is tough situations.

I've only read into the start of this part of the comic. Not sure how it ends, or how everyone heals. I am very excited to see.

Great episode, that one had me on the edge of my seat. The voices/ acting was perfect. I liked the differences how Huey and Pig reacted to such a situation. It's very accurate to real life. You can prepare all you want for the worst, but when it happens your reaction maybe completely different then how you planned. Planning ahead can reduce the chance of something going wrong, but there will always be some element in a situation you can't control.

The voice work this round is fucking amazing. Great work lads, from one VA to another

I'm convinced that Sparkyraptor was actually crying while voice acting for Huey. He did SO GOOD-

Ha, I remember with the Tumblr community that there was probably a month(?) of waiting while everyone tried to figure out whether or not Newtwo was going to die from being impaled. I guess now both sides of TC’s Mewtwo community can share their fear of whether or not Scarfy’s gonna survive the arc, as the comics have yet to be finished. ;> Both TC and the dub team are really rocking it with the Shadowtwo arc! I look forward to seeing where the rest of it goes!

That's what a good storyteller does. Gets you into the story itself, so you feel everything as if you were right there with it.

Nailed it again with the emotions! That scene with Newtwo and Huey had me in tears!

ash's Charizard upon seeing several mewtwos: "i have a bad feeling about this" or "aw shit, mewtwos...trauma coaster is around"

To make it clear, Mewtwo is trying to fight it you can tell in these scenes 2:28, 4:33- 4:45 his eyes are some what normal, while in 4:46-7 he is being controlled by the crystal, it also glows. He tried to warn Pig to run from him, and questioned what was wrong and what happened and why he was acting like this. When he realized he stabbed his sister is when he came out of the controlled state. And this situation, Seconds mean life or death. If Ash were there it would be best for him to just run.

I wonder if Mew will be able to help Mewtwo get that shadow crystal out of him or not, also, the raw emotion in this part was 100% gut-wrenchingly sad and so well done I was almost about to cry. It's pretty difficult to get me to cry, but this Almost did it. The voice acting in this comic is flawless! GREAT JOB! I can't wait to see what happens next. 😊

I... Am I really crying? I've never felt so connected to any characters in a movie\series to actually cry when something traumatic and horrible happens to them, but here I am, the crazed mewtwo fan that's watched every single episode of Mew And Mewtwo over 20 times... And I'm crying- 💔

Poor Huey. It's understandable that he froze up due to confused panic. Not everyone is capable of maintaining composure during stressful situations. Sometimes people need extra help or practice, for example being the safety drills we all did in school.

Well really Mewtwo still have move limit ( 4 at a time) but mew didn't mew can use all move in existence . but but but shadow Mewtwo or any shadow pokemon when thay use move it was always super effective

You did do something though Huey, you bravely stood in between Newtwo and Mewtwo right after she got stabbed, you kept her from being hurt any more. You couldn’t have done anything more to help.

Well this is quite the birthday gift for me, lol. Had a good time hanging out with my dad and grandma. Gonna go visit my mom in a couple hours from now. This did make me emotional because my mom's been in and out of the hospital the past few years. I understand the feeling of helplessness very well. From a stroke, to colon cancer, to fucking covid. My mom's been through hell, but somehow still avoided any serious mental damage. Still managed to come back from each, though still sapped of energy. She's just been released from the hospital last week, so I can finally see her. She went in because of the mentioned covid, and that's why I didn't initially visit. I wanted to, and the day I was gonna go they let her out, so I let her get settled back at home again. But back to the point, I feel a good part of what Huey's going through. The one thing I always despise the most is the uncertainty of it all when it's happening. I prefer to know the odds, even if they're bad. There's nothing worse than not knowing what's going on and what's being done about it. Or knowing what it is, but still not about what they're doing. Sorry for the long read, but I hope y'all had a good weekend. If you have good families, or good friends, tell them how much they mean to you. You'll never always know the next time you'll see some of them. My emotions are a bit all over today. Y'all take care. Sorry again for the roller coaster.
