After everything Mewtwo went through, raising a child of his own was the last thing on his mind. In truth, he's scared of what he might do to her accidentally because of his past experiences. It'll take time, but I know he can pull through it because this time, he is not alone.

Very true. Even after new island and the clone Pokemon..... He must be terrified. He still carries a lot of Trauma from what team rocket did. He doesn't want her to startle him cuz he doesn't know what he's going to do he nearly blew up Ash that one time

Mewtwo was really brave when he rescued Pigment from the laboratory where she could be a study object for so much painful experiments, but is also as brave what he did here, he knows that parenting is not his bigger skill, but what he need too is an advice, from some one who can take this situation

On one hand,I can understand why Mewtwo is facing struggles with taking care of the new baby.But on the other hand,I feel like he shouldn't be so hard on himself.

Sadly. He's always HARD on himself.

To anyone upset at Mewtwo: he didn’t just give up. He tried to learn how to take care of Pigment, he asked everyone for their advice, he didn’t just abandon her. He’s trying to do what he believes is right, after trying to understand her. He’s worried he won’t be enough.

I totally agree with U. But, it's certainly no excuse 4 what he did. Especially 4 the horrible terroristic things he did, or almost did after escape Giovanni. Sometimes, I wish he was like the Mewtwo from the Mewtwoandme comics. He really NEEDS 2 learn 2 B more nice, compassionate, and merciful.

@@isaackinne1971 I mean given his past and finding out how humans were I can’t be too surprised why he grew a hate for them. But he did eventually decide not to continue with his plans after ash so there was some change.

😂I found it funny when arceus had to deal with palkia and Dialga arguing who was born first while looking at giratina hiding which had me wonder what he was thinking, imagine if he opened a portal to his domain and pushed palkia and dialga in that would freak out arceus

Love how Arceus is always just so chill. I can just imagine him sitting in his plane of existence, entertaining himself with all the stories that he hears about his many grand children and great grand children

I can only imagine how cute it would be if Pig's first word was 'dada', and Mewtwo's reaction to it. Though I am surprised that Newtwo didn't say that Mewtwo chose NOT to leave Pig at the lab. That shows how much he really does care.

I like how arceus was in his beta form for a little after hatching.

The way Mewtwo just ended with say "WHY DO I WANNA SLAP THE BABY" got me lol also I was not expecting Mew to try and eat Newtwo's face

This whole thing NEEDS to be a Spin off series to Official Pokémon shows, if not that's ok. But by the light of Necrozma and grace of Arceus this is so good!!!

Poor Mewtwo wasn't ready for this, he didn't ask for this and I think deep down, he wants to care for the new baby but even he knows that he isn't mentally fit to be a parent. Its really sad 😢

It’s explained later but (mild spoilers) It’s because mewtwo was being pressured to name her and so he came up with “pigment” because she LACKS pigment and then the name stuck

My parents had three and as the oldest I was TERRIBLE. They soldiered on and raised three successful adults out of three chaos gremlins.

when Arceus said "Im A baby goo goo ga ga" The Voice was is so monotone and I'm still dying of laughter XD

Looking back it makes me so proud at how far he comes

Poor Mewtwo. In a way, I can understand his reasoning. With his History, his Trauma, his experience with Team Rocket, Giovanni, Mew, and the fact he is living with the one human he trusts, who also died - but got better - by Mewtwo's hands as well... Yeah, his entire Instincts would be tuned more towards the Aggressive/Offensive type, rather than a Protective/Caring type. He has gotten better, but very hard to change instincts. He has shown that side in regards to Ash before, but like I said, Ash was killed at one point by Mewtwo's hands, so there is not much else he can do to make "that" any worse when interacting with Ash. At most, he has shown to be a Neutral-Positive Pokemon. Which is honestly the best he believes he can be. He needs a good kick from Ash; and only Ash, to set him straight. If the person you killed, got revived, and forgave you, tells you that you can be more than what you see yourself as, or believe yourself to be... then I can honestly say Mewtwo would find it very hard to argue against. He'll try; oh he will definitely try, but I can see Ash not letting Mewtwo believe otherwise.

I like how the trick Newtwo should Mewtwo and said "Pikachu showed me it" was a reference to pokemon journeys episode 1
