The first time I watched the episode, I went silent & then burst into tears when Nezuko kicked Tanjiro off. When she started walking in the sun, I cried even harder. Absolutely beautiful song & cover.

Besides Nezuko and Tanjiro, I wished Kie (their mother) had lived too, because her knowledge of where the Flower was could have risen the story's stakes higher. Her and Nezuko's existance would give Muzan a lot of room to work with. And I love when villains and heroes have equal plot maneuver to work with, if it rises the stakes.

The lyrics “the sun above, shining so bright” are the most meaningful people who don’t watch KNY won’t understand, but because of nezuko’s demon side she can’t go into the sun, but when she survives it, and risked her life and basically said “Big brother, You need to save those people, forgive me but my time has come, now, Go save them!” And once she survived it, and she can go in the sun, it means so much to everyone around herself.

What if the Flower's mutation over their host depends on the victim's heart ? When Nezuko, Kie and Tanjiro drank the tea with the Flower, their mutations seem light (since they're mostly determined and hardworking). And in Nezuko's case, because of what Muzan (whose mutation seems to be based off his status, extreme fear and superiority sense) did to her, she has Muzan's fear and anger mixed with her own love and determination, leading the Flower's mutation not to reverse her demon condition, but to balance it with her own humanity. The Flower is quite fascinating. After Muzan's death, I don't think the corp should disband, not with something like that out there. It should instead repurpose itself to study the Flower and try to find similar things to it in order to make sure something like Muzan's ascension doesn't happen again.
