This one positive i would for game is not in Gotham. And don’t mind the Idea

Metropolis is beautiful, artists did a great job. Wish the story was different.

Same bro. The open world is stunning. Tbh I wish this game was in a standalone universe rather than being connected to the Arkham Games. It would've made what Rocksteady did to Batman, Flash, GL etc. . much more palatable since there wouldn't have been as much of an emotional connection.

Metropolis has the vibe of gotham in the Arkham City background.. super cool but wish the arkham knight map had massive buildings like this too

Seems a little bit chaotic and empty but still better than most other things in the game.

For some reason their version of Metropolis reminds me of a retro futuristic theme park. Kinda cool I guess

It's creepy how the citizens worshipped superheroes like literal gods, only for them to destroy them.

After arkham knight i dreamed to explore metropolis but it's a shame the city of tomorrow was wasted on a dumpster on fire of game

Does the city at least have proper liveable infrastructure? Like residential areas, coffee shops, post offices, fire stations, etc? I get peeved when game cities just have random buildings that make no sense, or have repeated assets like Gotham Knights which had 4 times the same 6 neon signs and business in a single street... Also, how many of the buildings are actually enterable and not just an empty shell? I want to explore Metropolis, but by the looks of it, it doesn't look like they went for that golden age Metropolis feel. It looks interesting, but where Gotham was pretty accurate to the Batman animated series and adding locations from the comics and kept the vibe of Gotham, I just don't get that same feeling here. This looks like Metropolis in name with an iconic building here and there, but that feeling of what the city is and how even the Arkham posters depicted it feels incredibly absent. Like its Metropolis for very casual to light DC fans who haven't seen the animated series or read many of the comics... Glad to see the blimp is there though, albeit grounded.

I understand. But also Alien invasion. ( as there a Alien invasion so i understand why there will be not many people in this ) But Why can more just toyman,superman,lex Luther and Lori lane. Why can Bruno, he should be one who make the Guns not penguin. Or having side mission about try to save Jimmy Olsen. Or a mission find about where kat is missing.

this looks amazing, such a shame, i would have loved a superman game in this world, its annoying because if another studio takes over and makes DC games theres no way the world will look as cool as this.

Some need to make superman game by mod this game into a superman game. When superman become public domain around next 10 year

For both logical as well as lore reasons. Bruce Wayne is an international mogul and head of a world spanning corporation. As Gotham and Metropolis has always had trade relations, much like New York and Los Angeles, it only makes sense that he owns property there, has branches and divisions of Wayne Corp, as well as having had donated to city infrastructure. It would be ridiculously stupid if their wasn't a building in Metropolis, Star City, or Central City at least dedicated to the Wayne Foundation, just as it would make no sense that Luthor Corp wouldn't have a presence in all of the major cities of DC, as well as abroad.
