For the sake of not having to watch a whole hour long video, what does it mean for a run to be "Unrestricted, No Turbo, Digital"?

Unrestricted means that you can use any glitch to complete your speedrun. No turbo just means that he won’t be using the turbo mashing. And digital means that they will use the digital version of the game (both digital and physical version have different load times).
