Ahh there's a reason this is the most viewed video on the channel. Because it's crazy good...They are absolutely alt/indie but also HUGE worldwide...Metric has a massive fanbase and have been around since at least 2005 and still going strong. Great band.

I discovered this song from Netflix's movie "Nimona" and instantly fell in love with Metric, what an underrated band!!!

Awesome they have a metric song in a netflix movie. I haven't seen that movie but love Metric. This was the first song I heard by metric back when it was first released and made me an instant fan....there's a fair bit of live Metric videos on my channel if care to look for them, all are great. Thanks for the kind comment.

hahaha. Funnily enough...this was the first ever song I ever heard by this band I'm not sure maybe around 2011? and it was while I was driving down the highway when it came on the radio.....and thus started my love affair with the band. Good call

Absolutely!! How good is that guitar solo???? It's why I put the best live version up of it on my page I could find.. The studio version of the song is great sure...But the seeing that guitar solo live in high quality? That's something else. Been to over maybe 500 gigs and when you are there live seeing something like a guitar solo like that it just blows me away :) Thanks for commenting! (on a side note the first time I ever heard Metric ever was this song on the radio)..which began a love affair with their music).
