I can still name 90% of their roster 10 years later and I quit wow years ago: Sco, Treckie, Justwait, Pottm, Rogerbrown, Blatty, Sparkuggz, Kuznam, Vykina, Infeh, Razzie, Nagura, Imsupersdw, Pacteh, Lorgok, Sonie, Leeds, Noxe, Ashvael, Perfecto, Aladya, Strydem, Apku, Deac & Kreps. Agreed man. BC raids were very hard... at the time! Because people were not used to fights as complex as they are now days, if Lei Shen was the last boss of Sunwell... it probably wouldn't have died until Wotlk. xD

Not to mention a lot of fights in BC were really overtuned and required a lot of class stacking, hate on me if you want but imo fights these days have improved a lot.

Nah you guys should also look in perspective ;) if the Boss would have been out by then, the players would have adapted and not a lot of Boss progress would have been till now I think. The Boss tactics made a huge leap from T4 Bosses like Gruul or such to T5 Bosses (Vashj and Kael), which were total killerbosses, even with Full T6 equipment. Then the next big leap was from BC to Ulduar (Naxx had no real new mechanics of any kind). Ulduar introduced quite a lot of new mechanics that were a lot of fun. Still since Ulduar the Boss progress is not that big anymore. There are some sure, like Lei Shen who are difficult, but mostly due to the massive amount of Abilities the boss has. Back in BC you had less but more deadly abilities that would kill the whole raid in a few seconds. And back then, with less defensive specials and way less group heal that was devasting. Nowadays there sure are abilities that kill you in an instant if you don't follow tactics, but that's because you could otherwise heal it out ;) Also as for classstacking: well you only don't need it nowadays anymore as Blizzard made CC and such available for everyone, lot's of classes offering the same abilities.

Daniel Lobo fights sure did improve a lot for pussies :) BC bosses weren't overtuned, except for Kael when he was unkillable, M'uru and KJ were killable even when it required HUNDREDS of whipes for guilds to maybe get them down

So much people belive that hardcore players are just shutting out all the humor and enjoyment of the game and just play to be good, this video shows really well how much fun they have and how much they enjoy the game.

The first 3 minutes of this video are fucking hilarious.

This shit makes me tear up. Who cares if it's a video game or not, it's a bunch of people getting together to perform a task, working together to figure it out, and spending days and days making it happen.

I love how progressively the music gets more intense. At the beginning there's a lot of banter and laughs but the later in the fight the more focused shotcalling becomes. I just love this kill video.

Watched this video the first time around the end of April, 2013. FD Lei Shen May. 17th 2013. It is now 2018. I still remember 180 wipes on this boss; still remember we had 4 rogues and 1 mist monk for intermissions because we only had 3 warlocks portals and mistweaver was counted as a melee; still remember we had to gear up 2 DKs for the mass grip; still remember brew monk's insane 200k dps; still remember team chat during intermission down times; still remember the nerd scream and cry at the end of the raid. Quited WoW 1 hour after the FD of Lei Shen. Everything left for the guild. My valor points that week came solely from heroic raids. Ah. How life has changed.

From all the guils I'have been following over the years, you're IMO the best to watch. You deserved World first!

+Pistonx45x Yeah hehe,but did you know that Pottm is responsible for making addons and weakauras? Addons and weakauras which are today used for mythic Archimond are all pattern of his addons which he made for guild :)

I really enjoy watching Method videos, the guys are really chill without ragers (I'm sure that during their attempts there was plenty of raging) But they just seem like a bunch of friends that enjoy the game, their communication shows that to me. Props to Method on WF garrosh and lei'shen and all the others!

I've never watched Method before but it makes me happy to see they have so much fun and joke around while being the highest-rated guild ever! You'd expect them to be overly serious, but they seem like fun guys :) That's what I always look for in a guild but I haven't found it yet.

GoodOldN1ghty I wouldn't say their that much better than Method, back in TBC I'm sure Method was one of 2 guild to ever kills Vashj before he major nerf to mind control and in itself is a major achievement.

Method, you guys work so well together the only person I wasn't fond of in this video was the American tank. He sounds rude from other videos as well. Take care of Leeds or Leads, he's alright, don't make fun of him too much. The happiness at the end when you kill Lei Shen is epic. I love how happy and enthusiastic you all are, especially the girls. It's authentic, legitimate happiness. Your vids are great, please keep them coming and best of luck in the next expansion. First song is amazing. I did this boss on lfr then normal and thought wtf. Heroic with that gear can't imagine. Think it was 3rd week they cracked it?

While that is true, refer to the first point. The rune of re origination for ferals is everything. its better then anything you can get anywhere in the current content. also, if you find a group which does 11/13 HC TOT in 1 hour, ill tka ethat chance. we usually do all 13 bosses but lei shen wipes us 2-3 times depending on whetever or not we have experienced or inexperienced players.

These guys sound so laid back and chilled. The best thing in this world is to know your job well enough that's it's not in question and you can free yourself to enjoy yourself.

I agree with you. What I meant by finding these people was that there ARE guilds out there with decent people who can push heroic progress whilst still having fun. I'm in one now, and apart from times where people need to be called out for mistakes they made or times where we have to focus and be serious, there's a very relaxed and jovial atmosphere whilst raiding, and we do a lot outside raids in other games and just chatting on mumble. It's like a separate circle of friends not just other ppl.

I just started raiding and downed the 1st boss of ToT last night, mad respect for you guys!

that was freaking epic! even i got exited just from watching this.

I love the reactions at the end.

That tops the Ragnaros HC Paragon kill, the teamwork and people suiciding with instant resses was impeccable. Truly a great kill in a great tier for WoW. A lot of players will leave the game after this due to IRL and general WoW direction but this leaves a great legacy.

These videos are very educational. I would recommend watching these to new raiders and old hats alike. The mechanics in this fight are not too hard to master. The most important thing i noticed is that you are having fun and laughing about random stuff while raiding. That's the sort of atmosphere I like in a guild. I don't like serious guild were no one makes a joke. It's only a game and guilds like Method show us how to have fun and be a great raiding guild.

I agree with you both in some ways. As far as an end boss it was a let down, but some difficulty was there pre nerf. And the only reason why Paragon and Kin had so many wipes were because they were progressing through it before there were any videos or explanations. They are the guys who do the videos for all the other raiders in the world.
