For Gravy:
- 70 gm Cashew Nuts
- 70 gm Melon Seeds
- 300 gm Onion
- 4 cup Water
- 150 gm Fenugreek Leaves
- 4 tbsp Oil
- 1/2 tsp Cumin
- 1 Bay Leaf
- 1 tbsp Ginger paste
- 2.5 tbsp Green Chilli Paste
- 1 tsp White Pepper Powder
- Pinch of Turmeric
- Pinch of Red Chilli Powder
- Pinch of Asafoetida
- 100 gm Paneer
- Salt as required
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 1 tbsp Mava (Khoya)
- 1/2 cup Boil Peas
- Amul Cream
- Julienne cut Garlic
- 1/2 tsp Kashmiri Red Chilli
