Her vocals may not be powerful like others who can belt high notes, but DARA's voice has its own calming effect, that you can feel deep within giving warm gentle peace that melts the hearts. Her voice got its own soothing power indeed. :) 2020 now, im super hoping for a reunion of our 2NE1 girls in year 2021 (the best year for comeback since it ends in 21!)

Filipinos started liking K-pop, K-drama, K-idols more during SCQ days.. Sandara opened our eyes & hearts to a typical Korean character & culture, and we keep on embracing them until now.. Although the written language (script) during ancient Korea to joseon dynasty, they used chinese characters read in Korean. Until, King Sejong created the Hangul alphabet.

Of course they have their native korean language but one can not be fluent in korean without knowing the borrowed words from China. And King Sejong only invented hangul the korean writing system so that they have their own alphabet without relying on the chinese characters. And besides Grace Dagunan did not say korean is not a language she only said it has borrowed words from China.

As a native Mandarin speaker, I have to say DARA’s pronunciation is quite good and authentic. As many of u guys know, Mandarin is so damn hard for those who don’t speak retroflex consonant a lot in their language. While I m not surprised, DARA always nails it doesn’t she ?

Botox and plastic surgeries can help. Sandara did her nose, eyes, cheeks and chin. 🤪 Also a ton of Botox to look young.
