His influence was pretty big back then. Thought it was me for a sec lol
You should watch more clips. Lars is sick everywhere.
That "not only do I not know the answer... I DON'T EVEN KNOW WHAT THE QUES TION IS!" is a moment without equal on any Metallica album.
My favorite song on the album. I prefer this version to the studio version.
2:15 Young James spirit scream! lml
I always recommend watching the dvd rather than the album itself to people as I think it portrays the raw energy of the songs alot more. Also, it sounds better than the album ;-)

I’ve always hated St. Anger but I think I agree. I appreciate this a bit more when it’s live and in the moment.
My favorite song on the album!
They sound fucking great damn it
NOT ONLY DO I NOT KNOW THE ANSWER! I DON'T EVEN KNOW WHAT THE QUESTION IS! Always love that line
It's called Metallica No other band can pull it off and no band ever will.
enough's enough... enough's enough... enough's enough... enough's enough... enough's enough... enough's enough... enough's enough... ENOUGH'S ENOUGH!!!! Sukah!

Truly amazing. Metallica are Gods. The Gods of Metal, and great musicians. I like the whole of St. Anger and Death Magnetic.

The one and only MetallicA !!
By far the best song on the album!
Listening to this many years later, they sounded great, awesome riffs, just lyrically and structure wise it needed refining.
I love these sessions!
If st. Anger was released by a different band i think people would love it

They could have played the whole álbum live in the By request tour you know... That would have been awesome!!
Proper riffs in there.
I wish they would play the Anger songs more often in concerts, maybe with the next tour

@@MetalCris92 maybe in 2023 they'd do it since it was 20 years since it was released, like in 2006 when they did MOP and in 2012 they did the same with the Black Album
I love it too!!
Love this song, best from st anger. I wish they play it live some day

Thank god for Metallica , I will follow them to my grave
This is want i need after my life has fallen down big time god i fucking love metallica RAWRRRR
3:16 love that
usually the people who say it sucks are not very open minded, plus metallica arent just one genre, they are very progressive, and thats what makes the ledgendary, and your right this album was a hellof a loud album and was a welcome change
you know i really hate why so many people are bashing St. Anger...it was a great fucking album...probably not their best, but it was a step in the right direction in getting their old sound back. True Metallica fans will agree with me.
this in 1,35 is actually dope
EXACTLY!
They intentionally made it sound that way. You still don't get it after all those years?
That felt saw-leed!
James sorta looks like Chuck Norris in this video... I always knew James was a badass :D haha
This song is great .
Amazing love Kirk”s backing shit as well
Get 'em Rob!
Wanna Live!!!
awesome
I hate when people write thumbs up..... But you are a metallica fan so I give you one of those thumbs up.... For this time...
i want to have a studio like this one
They should play this at concerts, it's other atmosphere
HAHAHAHAHA 0:07 lars face is like a 6 year old child who receive his first drum kit hahaha
ITS MY WORLD NOW
There is absolutely nothing wrong with this tune.
raw, brutal and catchy!!
This album helped me thru some shit!!
Jason’s backing vocals would of been mental on this album and especially this part 3:23
the kings of hard rock
Good song.
It's OUR time down here! It's THEIR time up there!
Wow
St.anger definitely had some of the best riffs on it
Good 🍀🤟👍
3:40 presidio album riff
Holy shit Lars is fuckin badass
I dont think the world was ready for st anger yet. This song is an absolute banger and still is today. We were still in the overproduced era.... If they released this album today as a "return to roots" all analog album, we'd be eating it up om nom nom clear vinyl pressing with concert tickets inside/15000 copies where can i buy buy buy
8 people know the answer AND what the question is.
get em rob 😁
agreed...St. Anger kicks ass!
Это лучшее
1:28 it's my world you Kirk Hammet
