@adelRestom thank you for the prompt response and the suggested setup.I have bought HD500 and sod it as the tone suck was unbearable with my BS HT-40 even though I tried all the suggested settings and tweaks as per the L6 forum.I felt I I do not play trough amp it lost all the response an the gut shimmer you get when you are connected straight to an amp. I am also looking for RP1000.

@ffooxx20b Not at all, I get a great tone using my amps tubes. The 4 cables connection method is the best thing that ever happened to me. I read lots of articles on the G9.2 forum; you need to set both outputs on the effects unit to -10db instead of +4 and also turn the volume knob on the back to the maximum. The rest is up to you how you set your patch and amp. On G9 I use the booster effect, I also use the compressor, and delay (when needed)
