uome20bukz I have heard them. I own them. It was 80's, perhaps? They changed their style with Black Album, more mainstream rock - reminds me of Bon Jovi's Slippery When Wet except that Slippery is much better than Black Album. Actually I feel like this Metallica isn't the same Metallica that was in 80's. I think Cliff Burton's death affacted them. Load and Reload are terrible and St. Anger was strike three and you burned! They TRIED to make some difference with Death Magnetic as well as with Beyond Magnetic EP but in the end result was average. Then they actually collaborate with Lou Reed, something Metallica fans want to forget. And the new album will probably be worse than Death Magnetic. I have heard the two songs that are on KZread and we need somethng better. You know it is easy to make an album that is better than Justice but somehow Metallica isn't capable of doing that. They are almost as fucked up as Korn is now. Metallica also managed to the horrible S & M - the title tells it all. I believe the prosess was as painful as the result. They have been on Black Album tour since 1991. NO new songs on tour, thank you!

Thank you to whoever uploaded this. I was 15 when I listened to this live(and recorded it on cassette which is gone now :( ) This was THE jam session of the late 90's. John Popper, Jerry Cantrell, Les Claypool, Pepper Keenan, and Metallica and others... A lot of people shit on Metallica then because they thought that they left their roots from the 80's. In my opinion, all they did was get musically better. If you've listened to their latest stuff, you can tell that they've incorporated what they learned then into their current music.
