Depends how the seat is looked after but a lot of repairs we have done are still fine a few years later...

Awesome results. How do you know if a seat is leather or fake leather ? , I have a car & motorcycle detailing business and im wanting to offer leather repair as a service

It is easier if you can see the underside of the material although not always possible. Genuine leather will have Suede underneath whereas Vinyl/Fake leather will just be glued to a backing cloth. Fake leather is also thinner than real leather and will stretch along one side when you pull it. Feel free to come and see us or call to discuss further if you like.
