Eminem is my favorite rapper of all time. He made me discover hip hop two years ago. Never seriously listened to any music before. His pen game is out of this world, his story telling is great, and his overall story is very inspirational. He deverves to be called one if not the greatest of all time.✌

My favourite rapper is definitely Eminem because I can relate to his issues with parents and stuff. And because he had music for all moods like if I’m sad, happy, angry you name it. He’s also a brilliant story teller. And he’s so incredibly talented it’s unbelievable. I love his influence on hop hop and I’m glad he broke down the colour barrier for rappers. I think he’s just an inspiration especially as he didn’t have a good childhood like myself.

From a purely technical point of view, Eminem is the greatest rapper of all time. He is beyond the world when it comes to putting words together and tell a story which everybody can understand. The same guy can make it so complex, make you listen to a song 100 times and still can't catch all the bars. His delivery and flow is high up there too. In terms of cultural impact there could be many other greats along with Em. But wherever I am from, English is not even our first language and he is considered as the G.O.A.T. That itself speaks volume about the relatibility factor and global appeal of his songs.

Sing for the moment was the first rap song I ve ever heard, back in the 4th grade. I didn't even understand the words but liked the feeling so much, that I made a friend of mine who knew English translate the lyrics to me. Then I learned it all by heart. It brings back so many memories.

Eminem is my idol. Been listening to him since the 6th grade in 2000 when i heard The Real Slim Shady come on the radio at the Ashland, KY skate arena. Was hooked instantly and I became one if those suburbia white kids he talks about in vibing to his music. Slim Shady Army!! Patiently Waiting is one my favorite Eminem verses and is arguably one of his best. Patiently Waiting changed the hip hop game forever. Him and 50 cent talk about how they were about to take over the hip hop world and how they would be unstoppable and that was back in 2003 and look at them today, still killing it!! Love your guys channel for sure.

Castle and Arose are, in my opinion, some of Em’s best storytelling since Stan. There’s some background info on his life I think you should have before listening though, first, Eminem’s daughter Hailie is the most well known but he actually raised 3 girls, he adopted Kim’s daughter with another man and also Kim’s twin sister had a daughter he took in. In 2006 his best friend, DeShaun (rap name Proof) died, they grew up together and also rapped in the group D-12 together. Then in 2007 Eminem nearly died from an overdose.

Reactions aside, I love to watch you and your pops bond over newly-found music. Especially with someone like Em who has so many incredibly powerful songs. The best part about Em's music is regardless of how you feel about how the music sounds, sonically, you can always find appreciation in the writing. But anyways, keep it up guys! Feels like I'm reliving why I fell in love with his music when I watch you guys react. Also, Em has many rock-inspired songs! He's a rap junky, but he also loves himself some rock. If you google "Eminem and Rick Rubin songs" those are usually the ones with rock influence in them.

wow dude, I wish I could rediscover him again, I was in 9th class and he shook my world back as a kid, I started to see different side of myself, I became way more serious as compared to my friends, started to observe people a little more, the music I was listening was all lovey dovey or sad romantic songs, Eminem brought so much realism in his songs, I never knew music like that before. Even as a kid, you have insecurities and he was the best example of not fitting in but never being discouraged because of it. And the least of it is how much my English and vocab improved as English wasn't my first language. I started to read and tried to sing along each and every song of his in my weird, raw accent. His 1 song would bring atleast 10-20 words that I had no idea back then. My friends didn't understand my choice in the school because we would usually listen to our local folk music and English songs were not so popular in our activities but later when they started to discover him and actually understand how lyrical Em is, how he can be funny and still have you in your feelings, I would have the best time to finally be able to talk about Em and his music with them. Eminem will always be an inspiration for me.

Late to the party, but Em literally saved my life. After my boyfriend had dumped me *during* junior prom, after I'd had to 100% pay his way because he was a freshman, I wanted to kill myself. I was in the bathroom, with my mother's Ruger to my head, when Em came on the over the air radio. I knew his catalogue by heart but then, so because he happened to be on the radio in that moment, it interrupted my thought process *just right* and made me question what I was doing.

I said it earlier, I'll say it again, I'm all in for you guys to react to Kim 😂😂 I love first time listeners reacting to that song. But Tim you need to give a little bit back story about the relationship between Eminem and Kim to Dad before reacting to that song. And yeah, that is also a 2 part song with a sequel, the sequel to Kim is : '97 Bonnie & Clyde These 2 songs must be done together. Fun Fact : '97 Bonnie & Clyde actually came out before Kim, it was a part of the Slim Shady LP. So Kim is a prequel to this song. This really shows Eminem's storytelling prowess, how he tied in 2 of his songs together so well.

Hey! Just found your channel and saw your videos for the first time a few days ago and now I can´t stop watching :) At first I couldn´t really understand why I was so drawn to your videos and why I liked them so-so much (I follow quite a few of reaction channels), but just right now at this moment I figured it out. First off, I am a metalhead myself, I love good rock music, always have and always will. Secondly, I absolutely love Eminem (his older stuff, new songs, etc). But third, the most important thing why I find your videos so soothing to me - my late dad and I were the same with music, we had the same taste, the same favourites and I just truly and dearly miss having these kind of conversations with him about music, just discussing things. And it just brings somekind of joy to my heart to see you guys do this together. Just wanted to tell you this. Keep going!

One of the most iconic Eminem's songs. Eminem's concerts were and still are one of the best ever. Go watch the 2 times he went to wembley stadium, or in New York, Abu Dabi, etc... just unbelievable. Best rock song, for me is stairway to heaven, of course dream on is top 5 for sure and debatable. Portugal here for the Goat Eminem always since day one and forever. This man is one of the best artists ever and best rapper ever. He makes any kind of song. An inspiration, a motivational artist, makes us cry, laught, shocks society so he can shake mentality and talks about everything and problems. So relatable. He is in another level, he mastered all, super creative. Thanks for reacting. For a funny and emotional song you must react the features with Dr. Dre especially "forgot about dre" super funny and cool and "I need a doctor" one of best hommages....

Em is by far the greatest rapper of all time and its shows in every aspect of hip hop..PAC and Jay are the next 2 but they are both just bigger than hip hop.. Their music is great but I think it was more of the presence people gravitated to. Not to take anything from the music..Music is just what Em does and he’s the best to ever do it.. Side Note: 50 always gets left out of the greats convo and he made a run through hip hop like we will never see again. “ Besides Em” once again.

I would like to suggest an artist for you guys to react to : I just heard a line from your reaction from your Cleaning out my Closet reaction, "This is like Therapy to him, he writes a lot from his personal experiences.", which is absolutely true and it immediately reminded me of another upcoming artist (he's not actually new, just recently found mainstream media attention). His name is NF. He reminds a lot of the younger Eminem. He is a big Em fan and draws inspiration from him so his flows also sound a lot like Em sometimes. But he is unique in his own way. His whole catalogue of songs is basically a whole long story. Many songs tie in to each other and he tells his life story in his songs which is a lot similar to Eminem (Growing up with parental issues, etc.) You should definitely check out his stuff starting from his 1st album to his last, because his songs must be listened to in order of release. His fans refer to it as the "NF Journey". And you said in this reaction that every artist has some bad songs, but a lot of hardcore NF Fans will tell you that NF has never done a bad song. And I somewhat agree to this. Some of his earlier stuff is not necessarily bad, but he was really finding his real sound at that time and experimenting a lot with his vocals, singing, rap flows, cadence, auto-tune, instruments, etc. But believe me, his whole catalogue must be done from start to end. You'll see actual growth of him as a rapper, as a musician, as a singer and as a person. And yeah, his fanbase is really really good, there are millions a people who connect deeply to his songs on an emotional level. Definitely worth a checkout!

my favourite rapper of all time is mike shinoda. he's just unmatched as an artist. his rhymes aren't as complex as em's, but they're just as meaningful, and he produces his own music, sings beautifully, plays so many instruments, paints, makes animations, directs music videos, he's a renaissance man true and true

Another good reaction guys, great to see your enjoying it and it's giving you something to do 👍😉 Just wanted to add to the whole rap-metal convo haha I'm pretty much bang on in between both your ages and was coming out of high school when this shit started and it took over for a little while. Funny thing Is out of all the other hip hop heads and all my metal head friends none of us look back fondly we all cringe 😂 I put it down to the fact that fans of both these genres metal and hip hop tend to be more demanding of the music itself and the quality of musicianship engineering all of that tends to be scrutinised way more. I also see a lot more practicing musicians and artists within the fan bases. Most hip hop fans either rap (doesn't matter how good) or write or like to mess around producing. I'd say a fair chunk of metal heads are the same way. I can see why they thought fusing the two would be a good idea as the cultural values within both are very similar but like you guys said, take the best elements and mix it up. Rage against the machine for my mind is the only group that really nailed it but it's more funk rock still 😉👍 Hopefully one day we can have a giant metal/rap festival of nutjobs going off on some decent music but until then I guess we will just keep crossing genres via KZread reactions haha Look forward to more guys 😊

Hello, first watching video of me on your channel. I mean, that's my favorite song on The EminƎm Show, after Sqaure Dance. Eminem is my favorite rapper of all time, because I was a teen in 2001, and meet somebody, how just love him since one year and listen to his MMLP all the time in the bus to our vacation. Soon I listen two songs of Slim, I just also thought, I'll listen to more. But before that, I diddn't listen intensive to "my music" long, only some taps, from a other boy, old taps from late 80's beginnig 90's, Techno like Kraftwerk etc. Yeah, goodbye.

My favorite rapper of all time is Tupac, with Eminem a close second. My introduction to rap began back in the 80s with NWA and Too $hort. In the 90s my step-brother gave me a copy of Doggystyle and I started to follow Snoop which led me to Tupac. Me Against the World was my next album and I was immediately hooked. It was so drastically different than anything I have heard. Yeah, a lot of his music was gansta rap, but he really shined in songs like "So Many Tears," "It Ain't Easy," "Brenda's Got a Baby" and "Keep Ya Head Up." These songs sprinkled in albums next to songs like "Fuck the World" and "Representin' 93" was a perfect juxtaposition which made both types of his music stand out.

i love watching you guys, glad i found you all! Music truly has no limits you don't have to like a certain genre to appreciate it, id love to see you guys react to iconic or old school edm. Like classic deadmau5: ghosts n stuff, raise your weapon; skrillex: scary monsters and nice sprites ep; and my personal favorite: Virtual Riot: time stops, evil gameboy, preset junkies, still kids ep. I'd also love to see you guys have a challenge where maybe you guys have to guess what song it is by a part of it and whoever guesses it first wins something(A gold star maybe XD) Keep killing it you guys! #Roadto1mill

Lyrically "Infinite" is his song with his best wordplay. It isnt close. It was 96 before he got famous. I literally listened to it with my jaw on the floor. The multi-syllable word play is amazing and it's not at crazy tempo. It has a more laid back and mellow feeling with a good snare beat and smooth bass line. You will not regret listening to that song. At one point he rhymes contamination, lamination, narration, examination, and animation.. and those arent even the best bars in the song.
