I actually did not even know he was part of GOT7.. geez. Most of the stuff I heard from him was collabs and features on other artists who rap. Heard of GOT7 just never listened to anything, will check em out for sure.

Jackson is Chinese (from Hong Kong) and is in GOT7. His solo music is usually in English. He only sings/raps in Korean when he’s doing something with GOT7. Love this song and the choreo...the dancers in the video are actually a famous group called The Kinjaz!

I’m late but Jackson said that this video is based loosely on the Chinese version of Romeo & Juliet where Jackson is a warrior that was killed by a prince (??) for loving the same girl as him. So Jackson’s followers bring him back from the dead so he can finally be with the girl he loves!! That real cool sequence that is done whenever something dramatic happens symbolizes magic and necromancy and such!

Jackson's solo stuff is mostly in English as opposed to his work with Got7 which is obviously in Korean. So glad you're feeling better. I managed to get bronchitis so go team "getting sick with stuff that isn't the coronovirus during a pandemic." I adore this video and also his other video Bullet to the Heart. He does some amazing videos with what I'm sure is a MUCH smaller budget than most big k-pop groups, and his voice is amazing.

Not many people recommending "Oxygen" by Jackson but it's one of my personal favorites. The music video is also unique. I love his style!

Actually the story of the video goes like this. those are TAOIST HAND/FINGER GESTURE in TAOISM,. The four dancers are soldier/guard of the general (JACKSON), they summoned JACKSON from the grave. jackson find the grave of his deceased love, the woman in the video, those guards sacrifice theirselves to help the general to summoned the woman to be with him again and die together in the name of love. Its not a KPOP story, but a common SAD LOVE TALE in CHINA.

a good group song you should check out is "Hard Carry" its really good! PS: can't get over Honan's guitar intros!!! They're fire! and i'm glad Goran is feeling better!

I think he’s attempting a crossover. All his solo music has been in English. He released his album Mirrors. You should check out Bullet to the heart and Titanic I both have good artistic MVs. As to GOT7 he’s one of three rappers. Their best recent in my opinion is You calling my name. You should react to that.

Jackson has solo music in both Chinese and English, some of my favorites are: The Dawn of Us, Papillon, Creo en Mi (with Sammi Cheng), I Love You 3000 Chinese Version, and On the Rocks. Some of my favorite GOT7 songs are Page, Come On, Thursday, Superman, #summervibes, and Love Loop. Most don’t have music videos, but many of their songs without MVs are better than the ones with MVs. You Calling My Name and Not By The Moon are my personal favorite Got7 songs so I'd definitely recommend them. They're really good. Got7 isn't my Ult group but my Ult bias Jinyoung is there so I'd really like to see you react to more Got7.

After such a long wait he took to social media to talk about his upcoming new song while sharing mini teasers and finally made his comeback with this new english single “100 Ways” which is the follow up of his 1st album “MIRRORS” that was released back in October 2019. GOT7 as a group, their sound has definitely evolved from their debut. They have very distinct sounds from different eras of their 7 years in the inudstry. "Just Right" and "A" are some early early stuff from them, and definitely a very different vibe than what they do nowadays. "Hard Carry" is probably their most popular song and closer to their usual sound. Honestly they have so many great songs, that are so different from each other, I'd just recommend listening to as many as you can. If I had to narrow down a list to give you as much diversity from them as possible (from just the title tracks): - Just Right (I believe you did this one already, but it was a good start) - If You Do - Hard Carry - Look - You Calling My Name - Not By The Moon (their most recent comeback)
