Love the wild flowers and prairie look. I wouldn't change it for the world. The counter looks good with a nice coating of oil. This bathroom is popping Mike, I just know Sarah will be pleased! Love the rustic look and I think tile behind the sink would look amazing. The shower metal walls are fabulous. Nice work Mike!

Dude it looks great! I agree the black with a cedar looks excellent. Very cool I would have never thought of using the metal roofing to line the shower. That's a great hack. Greatly appreciate your videos The setting up and filming these shots is no easy task. Anyone who's ever had to do home repairs can truly appreciate how hard it would be to sit there and film yourself doing them. You do a great job on this channel and I look forward to each video. use your saw. some people turn the blade around when cutting the metal roofing.

I found out the hard way that you do not use a carbon tipped blade to do that. I now keep a regular saw blade for that!

That’s what I did with mine. Make sure that you have Diablo blades they cut the best. You can get them from Home Depot

I agree with “roadkill stews” comment. Mike if you pick up a Diablo Skil saw blade it makes a much cleaner faster cut and he won’t scratch the metal that you are using for your shower. I used one when I put in my corrugated ceiling in the cabin and it made the project go by so much faster.Great job my friend it looks fantastic!

Man your cabin is looking awesome! I really enjoy seeing it coming along, seeing the flowers and hearing the birds are really nice 👍 That oil really makes the kitchen counter look rich, I have used Olive oil often and it’s usually available in most kitchens 🙂

Hey thanks Mike! It really rejuvenated that counter didn't it. Thats cool I never knew you could use olive oil. Anyway, I'm about to start using my mini on my pond build, should be pretty fun.

Good on you for not putting stupid lawns. I would even go further than you and get a bag of local prerie plant seeds and diversify the species even more. I maybe would terrace the area close to the cabin with a max one foot terrace wall from rocks from around the yard. That would help with sink the rainfall and reduce runoff. Maybe it would encourage different kinds of prerie plants to grow. Also somewhat level ground would be nicer to sit on chairs. Both nature and you win.

But everyone who noticed it thought it was great, a neat idea, wouldn't have thought to have done that, etc. You are doing a fantastic job, your work is inspiring and your attention to detail is wonderful. Stay safe, be careful, take it easy and keep dry and cool. Anxiously waiting for the next video.
