This is a one-level playthrough using the Action Replay (MK) 3 to give me various cheats. Therefore in proper 90's style TV sound playthrough, I finally play this game again using the Action Replay (MK) 3 for the Snes :D
The Cheat Code I used for this game was:
Max Health: 7E038703.
However, before that! Let's get back to adding cheats to this cheat cartridge aka I basically went to this cheat website below:

At this point, after finding a cheat code for the Action Replay (MK) 3 and the game I would go to the main menu of the cheat cartridge then:
1: Press b on the words Enter Cheats on the Action Replay (MK) 3 main menu and then you are taken to the code entry screen. At this point, you have various options however before that make sure the right silver switch is in the middle and I would have 2 options:
Option 1: Press B on the word preset this takes you to the game list for this cheat cartridge. Then press B on a game you intend to cheat on than B to highlight the cheat code. Then at this point, press B on the words cheat screen then press B on the word o.k then on the word menu.
This will take you to the Action Replay MK 3 main menu then press B on the word start game then switch the right switch to the up position to activate cheat code in-game.
Option 2: If the website did not have a cheat code I would see if the cheat cartridge cheat library had the cheat I was seeking. Now under the word keyboard press b on the numbers, words until you have an 8 digit code for the game you intend to cheat on. Make sure under the words current code after the 8 digit code press b on the word off until it says on.
Then press the word o.k near the button of the screen. Then press b on the word menu which takes you to the Action Replay MK 3 main menu then press B on the word start game then switch the right switch to the up position to activate cheat code in-game.
Hopefully, after viewing this clip it will convince you to buy this game or any other Snes game using the Action Replay (MK) 3.
