Metal Miter Saw Station - Part 1

This build is part of a shop improvement project. We have been needing a better way to cut steel material for our fabrication projects. I have been frustrated with the standard miter saw bench designs so typically used, so I am trying out an idea I had a while back on how to utilize a miter saw bench as a "bench" and still be able to use it to cut material. Fingers crossed it actually works!!

If you are talking about the leveling feet on the weld tables. Those parts come from the one and only McMaster Carr website : )
What size and wall thickness is that square tube?

I use a fair amount of square tube in this video. I am not sure which one you are referring to, but if you go to 0:35 in the video you will see a cut list listing all the material sizes and wall thicknesses I used for the bench.
Hey mate where did you get your roofing square's from that you clamp to do you 90deg corners?

Harbor Freight special. I did add a longer piece of I-Beam to mine so it clears the width of a trailer : )
