ive disputed his claim you tube are pathetic won't do any thing to help me and others they told me they reckon a team of humans investigate the matter but i doubt they will even bother, there crappy ais systems are inaccurate if you go to my time stamps you wont find his song in my video, how tf they demonetized my over using mgs2 footage is beyond me

@mycardboardbox most of the time, probably about 80% of the time it is reviewed by an AI. If you dispute the claim only then will it be reviewed by a human, and even then that is not always the case. They may use an AI to review it again. I don't know what decides whether a human or AI will review it, I assume its on the type of content, but I have no idea. Hopefully an actual human reviews this and can see that no part of his "song" shows up in your video.

It's because of the tool on KZread that allows you to claim against people's videos. Because he uploaded his song before your video it flags you because he's put it up already

well maybe so but it still pathetic, he doesn't own the right to this game the fact people are not doing anything to combat this you tube problem is beyond me, its like for example if he decided to make an entire album based on the entirety of the mgs dialogue for example, he could make it where anyone making mgs content putting in time and hard effort, and get demonetized, at least give the rights to konami, i disputed it because, im using "free" metal gear footage, not using his beats , his content, all i know is it defeats the whole purpose of even monetizing to begin with meh 🤷anyone should be allowed to make content of available footage not rats like him taking advantage

I agree but the problem isn't the tool per say its the fact that he's a using the tool and exploiting people like us by stealing our right to comment and analyse based on that content. I also disputed it and he also deleted my angry comments 😂
