It's because cyborgs has some kind of "backup" virtual conscience that can travel through nearby devices in case something happens to their body. But if the device isn't made to maintain consciences... Then it can only survive for a few minutes at best. When raiden kills his cyborgs boss ennemis... Their consciences go to raiden's radio (or just emit a radio frequency, we don't really know) to deliver their final message before disappearing for good.

Fun fact: this fight can be trivialized with concealed carry rocket launchers, but that means the music ends quicker so I wouldn’t recommend it

(It's pretty difficult to explain, Russian insults are generally paradoxical if you think about their meaning literally). Well, "Ah ty tupoi sukin syn." is simple. It's literally "Oh, you stupid son of a bitch.". Yes, it's not as euphonious as Mistral's quotes, but i suppose from where Dolzaev stands you would say it the same way.

Could be to the testament of the life support systems in the cybernetics or a survival protocol to connect to the nearest cybernetic body like the replacement bodies doubles that Raiden fights later on to transfer a copy of mistral into said body, but since it connected to Raiden all that could be transferred would be an audio call.

That transition to the final phase with the song was so good. My favorite moment in the game I miss this game. I remember having to no-hit run erry ranked fight or else I couldn't get the S rank. How many times I've pressed "Restart" and how many hours I spent alone on each boss smdh

Something I love about this fight is that in the third phase Mistral's hair changes. That is to say, Mistral has messed up his hair because of the combat.

My first time fighting her was unreal. I wish I could experience it again.

This was a fun fight but only because of the little minions that could heal me. I feel like there were so many attacks that were practically unavoidable and i felt parry's were useless during this fight, and i felt she was barely ever open to attack. I was probably doing something wrong but she just blocked so many attacks

Bro I got to this fight for the first time the other day and to be honest it felt more like I was the boss because she would run away a ton and even with my poor level of skill she was easily countered and destroyed
