You didn't play the game long enough then. It has stealth alright, and running around gun blazing will get you killed very quickly. Stealth in MGO3 =/= stealth in MGS:TPP. It's all about trying not to be seen by enemies and taking them by surprise instead of slowly sneaking about. People don't get this at first and get the wrong impression that the game is all about running and gunning. Not in the slightest. Unless, you know, you want to run and gun, I'm sure that it's viable with the right loadout and skill, but playing like that will make you an easy target. Just like in MGS:TPP.
