Beautiful work! I taught Repousse' which is the French word meaning to push out, an ancient art form, for 16 years to my elementary students, it is an Art that is fun and easy to learn but you took it to a whole new level as you do with all your Artwork 😊

Those are so cool! Great job, Sara! I think my favorite was that zentangled landscape. I think those metal pieces would work great with your clay tile mosaics, too. Thanks for sharing!

These are so pretty! I love the fact that you looked at a book and then just went off in your own direction! They turned out great but I think my favorite it the one with the house and the hills and no color.... Beautiful!!!

Hello Sara :) Very cool :) My niece had some pretty alum. cans that she was going to throw away because there was not a refund on them, and I stole them from her so I could emboss them, so it was really fun to see what you are up to :) It is a little bit harder to work with but it holds up when done a bit better without using filler behind the deep embossed portions of the art :) tfs, and I hope you have an Outstanding day :) amy

Elitia Hart now resides in Canada.

India ink is great for when you want to Petina Pewter. Apply, let dry and then lightly steel wool (0000) down till desired effect is reached. Light spray with a matt lacquer or similar to finish off and protect.

Hi. I just used acrylic paint. Put it on and then wipe it off with a paper towel or baby wipe. Have fun. Tfw. Sara

Have you filled the back with putty so that the embossing stays puffed out??

I think you have persuaded me to try pewter although there's Xtra expense to it. The luster is beautiful. What is ATM. I often hear it referred to but do not know what it is.
