Tommy's voice! Man, he has it all. I loved this version and the little snippet of the Deliverance theme at the end. That said, give me a choice of listening to John Denver's version, and this one, and it's Denver all the way. I agree with you, Bill. There is just something about John Denver's voice that reaches deep inside. His "Calypso" makes me stop in my tracks and just listen, every time.

I love Tommy's voice! I love his sense of humor as well. This is a great version but John's version will always resonate with me. I don't know of anyone that covers Calypso or Annie's Song which is a shame. Those are the tunes I like to introduce people to who aren't familiar with John Denver. I'm surprised Nightwish doesn't do a cover of Calypso since it's right up their alley. I would be cool if they did! ❤️❤️

So Tommy can play most of the instruments and most of Tommy's covers are recorded at home in harbor's home. It's just Tommy, all the instruments, a camera and a computer to record.
