Thanks for all your great videos Gary especially the one in which you suggested adjusting frequency and sensitivity to go where many fear to tread, under powerlines across a field. Following that advice got me my first Roman coin (Constantine 11) so it definitely worked for me.

The XP ORX is an outstanding state of the art machine and it will be my next detector for gold hunting but I can tell you that it has almost the same performance like the also excellent Makro Gold Kruzer. The difference is very little and the Kruzer can do even better. It's my opinion because I'm using the gold kruzer right now. In the air tests available you can easily see that the Makro Gold Kruzer is clear winner but seems people like other fancy characteristics that the XP ORX has. By the way the XP ORX is hot selling here in Africa. From Zimbabwe

Hey Gary ! Love your videos. I have the 9 inch round hf coil. Would it be worth upgrading to the 11 inch x-35 for extra depth or is there really even enough difference to tell ??

Gary, i have watched many of your xp orx videos and you often say you are not a salesman. But you talked me into buying one. Amazing how light it easy. But right after i bought it we got 18 inches of Michigan snow so it will be sometime until i can get to work with it. But i have a question for you. My previous detectors all had a depth indicator. I did not put a lot of faith in the reported depths but it was nice to have a general idea. What tips you off to a target's depth when you use the orx?
