Thanks Brad for bringing awareness to this issue. People....GET PERMISSION BEFORE YOU HUNT!

@Magic Mike Seems like you're on a mission to make stupid comments. Making these remarks on this channel is kinda like shouting "I'm a dick", don't you think? Oh, and btw, a "fare" is something you pay. Not only a trespasser and a dick, but thick af too. smh.
I remember this one! Sorry to hear the site was vandalized, but thank you for taking the time to edit the video so we can still enjoy it without giving away it's location. 💚
People! If you're taking pictures of your finds and hunting sites, make sure you have location turned off on your phone! Otherwise, it's really easy to find the coordinates of where you're hunting from the pics metadata.
Around here trespassers are usually given one warning. That's if the landowner is extremely nice. If you come back? Well, you better have named your beneficiary.

No in Vermont they run out and hug you. As long as your from VT. If your from CT or MA then they will take your money but can’t stand you
The beauty of the shovel bag is that its utterly unique. This is part of the magic. I love it!

Watched the original, would never be tempted to trespass. Ever.

@@alexmendez6576 add a little rock salt and bacon rind to your shot ! It will burn like crazy in the wounds maybe they will get the hint the next time ! Worked for me no more problems !
That's CRAZY, never have seen NO ONE on KZread or anybody for that matter have a copper SPILL,👏, WOW,THAT'S AWESOME, keep up the great videos!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Hopefully the "trespassers" didn't find anything good except for scrap metal
Sorry to hear of the trespassing that was most probably erroneously credited to your video Brad, it is a great shame as it may put off other land owners granting permission for yourself or other detectorists. It is wonderful to see your enthusiasm even over simple items from a bygone era, to me that is the mark of a person who is interested in detecting and finding things for the right reason, not just the monetary gains. In the UK a duo of detectorists found a horde of coins and items I think from the Viking era, unfortunately they kept it secret and sold them illegally, very little was recovered when it finally came to light and an insight into our history was lost forever. Also I am no outdoorsperson or woods person, if you showed me a video of a forest or area close to me I expect I would have no idea where it was even if I had visited it previously, if it was linked to the video to me it must have been somebody very local who already is very familiar with the area, unless there are some very obvious landmarks shown that are known throughout the area.
Brad thank you for taking the trouble to edit this video and sharing it with me ! Take care , stay safe and healthy with whatever you maybe doing next !
Sorry to hear about th that. One of my biggest pet peeves is dishonest people.
#1 - you're a saint for the respect you show to the country, the land owners, and our history. #2 - maybe the person who couldn't sew buttons well was using the thimble with a hole in it.
Hard to imagine just how self sufficient these old Vermonters were. Even my old, long gone Grandmother had those skills. She could see, cook, crochet make her own soap and candles, can just about anything. The little things you find bring these people to life.
Always enjoy your vids and exploring ventures , hope you didn't get too much flak over those scavengers and I do hope they only found canslaw!!
I've had Similar problems. 3 people can keep a secret if 2 are dead... detecting pals go back by themselves or take others. I have distanced myself from them & I no longer detect simple public spots with them. Always my spots, research, permissions, but they never invite me to go on their spots. They noticed I no longer detect with them or anyone.
I have to admit, I watch your videos mainly for the beautiful photography and landscapes. The finds are interesting, but mainly for your excitement!
I remember this hunt. Truly sad that a few ruin it for the many. That button mold is such a cool find. Thanks for sharing, good luck, happy hunting and take care.
I have to be very careful with my filming as well. While metal detecting the property owners have had perfect strangers stop and ask what we are doing out there. Some with very direct metal detecting questions. Nothing is sacred any more!
Thank you so much for editing this enough to be viewed by us again! I absolutely loved the vibe and watching the holes being dug is my favorite part! Thanks again, Brad! Hope your family had a wonderful Thanksgiving!
Beautiful photography!
Why do some people feel so Intitled to do what ever they want!
Love y'all happy Thanksgiving Martin family!!
Great video. Hope the landowners are cool with you about this and not pissed.
Love the button mold! With the thimbles and buttons lots of sewing going on there, with coins left around. I am sorry that there was vandalism at the spot, it would have been nice for him to let you back with the Deus to see if there was anything you missed....
I could probably make one of those bags out of the leg material from a large pair of old carhartt pants or bibs. Great idea.

5 copper day!!! Outstanding!!! Nice job Brad !!!!
Hi Brad, really cool you were able to re-upload. Thank you for sharing, much love. xx💖🤘
How do you know the landowner wasn't running his mouth about what you found up there and someone overheard him?Seriously Doubt you showed enough for anyone other than people that already knew where it was to recognise it
@MrBottlecapBill
3 жыл бұрын
Agreed. Also, if they were able to find the site from the video, they must have already been there to recognize it as familiar. Which means, they were already trespassing before the video. My guess is the landowner talked and one of his neighbours jumped in there to find the good stuff.

Landowner prob didn’t want to say not to come back and made up some trespassers story. Can’t believe everything people say. It’s amazing how gullible people are these days. And who says the guy making these videos (Brad I think)even has permission to be there!?! Oh well he said he did…. I have some land in south Florida for sale real cheap. Sign here.
As long as the bag works for you that’s what counts and it is the sort of thing people back in the 1700’s would make if the needed a bag to carry something. Nice touch using a buckle that you actually found!
It might be time to start a fundraiser to get Brad a new pair of jeans. 😆 Fire hose might work best. That was a great hunt thanks so much for letting us tag along. Have a good weekend and stay safe.
Definitely 2017, your hat looks brand new ;)
Nice coins! Awesome bag to carry your tools!
So glad you were able to edit this! Great coin day! The open ended thimble is often used now days to allow use with longer fingernails, I have one myself. Stay safe out there. Best wishes to you and yours from Florida!
I have watched many of your videos. If you keep hunting those colonial spots you will come across a GW sooner or later if ya haven’t already. Saw the episode where ya dug that revolutionary plate. That’s probably the best thing ya have ever dug. Good luck bro. Love your videos. I watch a lot of digging videos and your editing and videos are among the best I have ever watched
Great history time capsule thanks for sharing the journey these are great 👍🏾
Awesome finds!!! Those kind of days don’t come along often enough! The snow is coming soon, better get out there and swing a bit before it gets here.... lol. Good luck on your next time out!!!
I thought I'd seen all your videos, I enjoyed this one. Great copper spill. Actually, a lot if great finds. Thank you for another great Friday...
Nice hunt! You get to swing in some of the most beautiful places anywhere!! & I've never dug in that soft of dirt in my life! Love your vids!!
Good video Brad, thank you for posting .. Before watching it, I posted my guess of your having possibly found DeGrau's Gold mine .. After viewing it, I'll call it Brad's Bounty .. Another wonderful, and diverse array of Early American Artifacts unearthed in the Green Mountain State .. Wishing you and your lovely family Happy Holidays, and please, may you all stay safe and Virus free.
Thanks for sharing that great hunt...!
Great video and awesome finds!!
Sorry to hear that! The finds were awesome! Great video!!
Button mold was pretty cool. Nice 1818 coin. Large cent spill amazing pretty nice condition. Many finds nice video.
I'm soooo sorry trespassers spoiled it for you. I hope you find them and prosecute them. Maybe set up game cameras or stake out to trap them. Thanks for the videos. Good luck capturing them
Awesome hunt & sweet finds congrats ATB & H.H
Your videos are always interesting , loving the autumn landscape. It is always disappointing when some people feel they need to trespass and poach other peoples permissions instead of doing the research and work themselves. Hopefully it wasn't your video that lead them to the area.
Persistence pays off, such a great example of keep plowing away,, nice vid
Cool coins and a great day in the woods.
Swweet finds congratulations Brad
Hey Brad I was a good day found a lot of nice stuff love all the content keep up the good work always look forward to Friday and another good video thanks again
Good job brother
Man what a great video! Your bag is cool! I never thought about canvas and leather. I think maybe your canvas is rotten. I make a ton of finds at thrift stores for project materials. Know what else? A waist bag or shoulder bag for collecting finds are expensive! Brad, home run with this video! Thanks for sharing your adventure with us!
Your finds were great, those old one cents at the end of the video sensenational! 👍
Sad what people forget if they don't own land, ask first. If people go into property without permission is like breaking and entering a home, calledd robbery. Sad over some who making it harder for other
Fantastic finds bro especially those double Copper's at the end really a great outing for you man very happy for you continue success pro your new fan Scott
Did they nail coins above door ways for good luck and prosperity. Hence the hole.
Happy TG friend
Sorry you had to get censor some areas but, I don't think it took anything away from your finds. Thanks for the adventure from the past. ♥♥♥
Can't wait!
Almost forgot it was Friday. Good morning GMMD.
Very cool digs! Do you give them to the landowner? Your so talented at your leathery, and music! Cool bag. Maybe if you double the canvass, it wont riip as easily! Love the buckle on it! T4S Brad!👍👍💗
Wow cool finds!
Hello mister!,good coin find mister,🙏😀👍
Great video Brad. Beautiful finds. Love the quality of your videography. Hope the land owner can put up some trail cams and catch the trespassers. Has YT now become your full time job and income provider? Thanks for sharing. Until next time. *Chris*

They were just worried people might find the 400 pot plants they have out there. I’m in VT all the time. These houses 5 cars in driveway big screens 4 snowmobiles dirt bikes. Yeah the bails of hay are not paying for all that.
Amazing!
Your intro gives me goosebumps
It’s terrible that someone would sneak onto private property and steal from the land owner. Anyway, still a great video and I don’t think the editing detracts from it at all. Hope yourself and your family had a great Vermont Thanksgiving. Keep swingin’ Brad!!
Some of the best things are the ones you make yourself like your mics.
I am sure you have heard by now but yes some thimbles were designed with no top. I collect thimbles and have several with no top.
what an awesome day! congrats!
I've seen many vids of Urban Explorers trespassing all the time. Very Sad it's being promoted...😳
Bravo bella moneta👍
The item you found at about 6:20 in the vid looks like an old bridge for a 4 stringed instrument, like a banjo, cither or dulcimer.
Well done great hunt London Uk ^5
Another award winning video Mr Brad 👍 What happened to the Deus ?
Awesome day for you young man 👍
I do not know why but that "bracket" made think hand made replacement gun part. Maybe an old flintlock pistol or something. That wavy offset and the unique shapes off the edges of the curves just got my mind in that direction. Might be worth a little research. or not.
The brass strip could be a side plate off a flintlock musket/fowler
You could make the pattern for your bag available for people to copy. Many styles of thimbles in use.
Really nice
Brad, your hat looks new!
11:00 did you check your hole? That green color one side and different color the other side may indicate two coins stuck together. Maybe then again it could just be the local soil condition. That one side wasn't dirty enough to be touching soil. Just a thought
Very cool
Good job
Tailors thimble with no top
Try a bag made from leather. You could make a very sturdy case to carry your supplies.
Ya did good Brad.
Fun finds
I wonder if you would use duck cloth if the bag would hold up better ! Like possibly the leg off of an old pair of pants made of duck cloth !
I'm very happy for you sweetheart, God bless you always...
I know right were ur at ! In the middle of no were LoL Yes ur right ALWAYS get permission thanks for this
Unfortunate ppl can't be more respectful and get permission 1st. Ruins it for everyone. Love the drone footage.
Your your mystery item looks like a piece for musical instrument that held strings
Salam dari papua bosku..sukses selalu
That bar is a bridge from a guitar
Awesome as usual do you have to turn the finds over to the land owner?
I also recall the original version of this. It was one of your more succesful hunts of the period. I hadn't realised it had been removed, but I am glad you were able to rescreen it, because of the quality of the artefacts you found, and their historical significance Did you insert the drone footage when editing, because I don't think you were using one, back then?
Hello Brad, do you suppose your mystery item could be from kind of stringed insterment? It looks to me as if it could be because of the grooves cut on top like a guide for strings like a guitar has but it has 4 like a bass violin, banjo or a fiddle?? You're a musician so you would know more about them kind of things than I would...but just an idea.
