yeah that's me some years ago :-D In Germany, all 2Rs have the button panel. There is a green button to run the standard cycle (has to be pressed until the blade has passed the loading rim). And there are also single buttons to manually control the packer.

Is that you? Also don't think I've seen a 2R with button controls!
