seems too relaxed atmosphere for a team who wants to win the champions league title. Training is the first part of success. Also training with passion and dedication will make your training a lot better. Jokes are nice but after training hours. If this relaxed atmosphere is the norm in PSG then i am almost 100% sure that they will never win the CL.
