I'm coming back from a right lat and trap injury, so this is my first actual stunt session in about 4 months. I still don't have strength in my right arm because of my lat I believe, so I feel like I am compensating by using different muscles in my right side, which still makes it feel like I have little strength to stunt with properly. If anyone knows any suggestions to help, please let me know!

    Haha, I had almost the same session recently! Hurt my right hand, but I wanted to keep stunting so I tried (and hit) full up left QP for the first time. I think you got it a fair bit faster then me though :D Nice stunts!

    @nickprak it’s called confusion workouts , it’s when ( if you have a injury such as depth perception ( having binoculars for eyes like I do ) I have to train my weaker side ( my left side ) to be just as strong as my right side
