beautiful troped Kyrie. I hope more traditional Masses have this extended Kyrie. It's a beautiful treasure from Medieval times, together with many sequentiae for many feasts.

did the choir just sing Sequentia after the Alleluia? If it is, that would be very super rare, although one might question whether it's legit to sing a suppressed Sequence in Tridentine Mass.

There is not something like suppressed sequentiae. They are just not printed in new missals after Trent.

I don't understand why the Church would want to ban such a beautiful, troped Kyrie. I applaud this choir's effort to reintroduce the Medieval aspect of the musical beauty in Tridentine Mass.

Auxiliary bishops Do not have the same responsibility for evangelization as does the ordinary of a diocese… Besides Bishop is evangelizing simply by promoting traditional Catholic values and liturgy

Well I am sure that he does a great deal of evangelizing in his home diocese… but the ordinary of the diocese would need to give him his permission or blessing to travel so frequently and there must be a reason for it… My guess is that the bishop of Kazakhstan wants to promote through his auxiliary Traditional Catholic values and liturgy. I’m grateful that he allows him to do it because not many bishops in the United States have guts enough to do it!
