Pile 1! OMG! I know EXACTLY who you are talking about. This is confirmation that I am doing the right thing in cutting them off slowly and gradually. This person may love (they are family), however they HATE losing control and expect things of me where they don't with my brother. Yet they think more of my brother then me. There was a situation the other weekend where they enabled my brother's abusive and entilted behaviour towards me and that moment was the straw that broke the camels back. I've been tolerate for too long. I still have some growing to do and improving. I have give the reins to God with dealing with this person so I can focus on better me for me. Incredible, i know exactly who you are talking about. Last reading already predicted this problem, and here it repeats itself. It‘s a new colleague, who was here, before i joined the company. Everybody said that she was so great, but i disagree. I tried to welcome her and taught her everything that she had missed in the meantime, because my goal is that we as a team move up. But she doesn’t take what i give her, but instead backstabs me. My other colleague is also disappointed by „homecoming queen“.
