I think she's afraid too, if she wasn't she wouldn't need all that protection to block it out. The dark has just as much value as the light, without one the other can't exist. It's just lately it's been really bad, I feel like we're coming to the end of an era and a lot of things must die so the new can grow. And it's not just a personal thing, it's the whole world. Every time I've been trying to meditate lately all I see is death and nightmares and it takes it's toll. I'm usually okay with death and other dark things, but lately it's been so much. I don't think it's just the pandemic and the collective fear it's causing either, I think it's much bigger than that. That's actually why I was watching, was hoping to use this as a little pick me up after a particularly draining session. Guess not... Trust me on this though, ghost, spirits and demons are the least scary things we'll be faced with, they're just echoes of true terror.

I used to walk on eggshells because my mother's side of the family was and still are mentally and emotionally immature/unstable... Anything I felt or said would be dismissed, ignored, or yelled at... they treated me like a child who I was not.... I only had my dad, who worked all day, but I'm grateful for him. Now I'm 19, I have so many repressed emotions, I don't even know where to start. I just know that I love being happy and positive because it helps me to feel pleased with who I am as a human being. I have a deep connection with water and with animals. Water calms me, and I feel like I can be myself around animals. I know that under all of these layers I'm really unhappy, but I fear facing that unhappiness and finding the reason. I'm determined though, because under that unhappiness is my genuine self... I just need to do baby steps and when I get there I want to be alone, in solitude. This definitely is a journey of getting back to who I am again...

Ummm.. lets see it took years of practice For me what helped me control it was crystals...and connecting with them particularly (Rose Quartz) she was one of my first stones ever and I met her in a dream (I think I astral projected) she help me control my fear and anxiety and nightmares. I meditated w/ her everyday and slept w/ her under my pillow. I also started taking spiritual baths. Ask your guides for help they will help you. Don’t be afraid. You got this ! ❤️

Off of GP if you smelled flowers that’s probably your guide around you, and there protecting you, you’re not alone. It’s crazy because you’re story kinda sounds like mine when I was 16. I use a grounding meditation in particular. I picture all of my chakras being aligned with a cord connecting to the earth. Being grounded is very important especially since you’re being bombarded by all of these energies. I’m not too sure about the animals. I know they can be messengers, I had a similar experience with an owl. I had a dream the following night and it turned out the owl was one of my power spirit animals. I also use to have really bad panic attacks but you’ll be okay breath and picture you’re aura in a beautiful white light. You’ll get through the dark night of the soul it’ll be tough but you will learn sooo much about yourself.

Why would they want me scared? I'm shaking, I don't want to be afraid. This is the first time of putting all this together! I was really sick in September that's when thing's started! In the hospital room I was in for a week (last RM in the hospital) the min I went through the threshold through the (door frame) let's just it was very crowded in there!! I'm trying not to be so scared as of February 24th 2020 my 54yr old brother, who is 11 m/o younger then myself has gone ahead of me, I feel like he is going to help be my guide? Spirit came to me and told me he would be coming to me soon but I can't ask him any questions! I'm shaking so bad, I have no one that understand me! Water represents emotions. Maybe if you listen to you tube and get rain or running water sounds and try and meditate. You’ll get the answer in that situation and bring white light around you whilst you meditate and you’ll get everything you are seeking. Remember what’s seeking you is you. Look up the angelic meaning of 33 and 44 it’s just that your angelic team are contacting you via the numbers. I chose pile 2 as well. I know I have this problem.. my emotions are so repressed and unpredictable, I don't even know why I feel the way I do sometimes.. but I know that something is wrong. I know some of them come from my childhood of feeling bad for who I am, I am emotionally numb towards that. I honestly think I had depression as a child, I was very lonely, my cousins and siblings ignored me because they were older... I never wanted to let my friends in, because I was afraid that they wouldn't like me for who I am. Playing with my dolls was my own world. I've always had a connection with water and animals. Ever since I was young I used to sit in the shower to use as an outlet to channel my emotions. I seriously have a lot I need to learn about myself, and I can't be afraid anymore...

OMG I've been running from my gifts for years until the past few years. I've now been doing my protection and expanding my gifts for serving others.

Insane. PHEW. This one was even an interactive for me 😂😂 #3 -I have been hearing high pitch frequencies for the last year -some of which literally fly up/materialize instantaneously and startle the absolute fuck out of me. Like some of them are so strong it almost sounds like someone grenade/shell-shocked me when they appear. I started #4 again after #3 and one of those rare strong energies came in without my consent. I had grown confidence and set my souls intent on banishing it and commanded it leave -and It did as quickly as it came up on me. I've just recently started seeing outlines of energies and such. I looked up and acknowledged these energies for the first time the other night with a raised eyebrow and a "what's up?" The VERY next song that rotated on Spotify was "How are you able to see me?" (It literally is from the perspective of a passed on energy/spirit) They've been letting me know in the most subtle way that they are with me now. They will grab my face (light cool air feeling) or hand to let me know they are with me -especially in times of need. I am now very much so grateful for my gifts and I wish that I had begun this energy work process sooner. When concerning the telepathy card, mine is most certainly tied in with the King of Wands -whom manifests in my physical as other people, for me (usually always men/romantic relationships) It's insane. I've had many run-ins with this King energy the last couple of years. It's like it represents someone that looks SO amazing, so balanced, and too entirely good to be true -only to be ripped out entirely from under me. I am continuously *almost* reaching contentment with true soul-mate partnerships, only for a "final nail in the coffin" type of moment that happens every single time. This individual will cross a personal boundary of mine that is absolutely forbidden, one of which that under *any* circumstance, cannot be tolerated to bend or sway. I'm an incredibly lenient person, so these sudden "wrenches" that are being thrown in without warning looks almost serendipitous, and repetitive. Maybe I'm just not meant to be in love with anyone right now, but myself. Or, my true nature is very much so gay. 😂😁🥰 Thank you for sharing your wonderful gifts & talents with us today. Are you not afraid of it? I've had lots of encounters with them. They communicate through songs and telepathy. They now infiltrated the media. I feel like they are from other dimensions and connected with the virus spreading in this reality. It's like an invasion of some sort. I had Kundalini awakening and my mind just opened to spiritual realm. I met the creators of this reality and also the ones that created the virus in this simulation.
