tried this today minus the chapathi and raitha. all came out good and tasty especially the dal.

This is so helpful. Thank you. I love the idea of making a curry base beforehand. That always takes so long. In terms of 30min- in reality this all would take longer if you consider preparation of cutting vegetables, washing daals, cutting paneer, making the chapati dough (unless someone uses domestic help). We abroad don't have the luxury of domestic help which means it takes longer

Even Teen like me can understand and can cook by seeing your recipes. .your process is very simple and easy ..❤️❤️

Its possible only if u have all the ingredients washed and chopped finely... and all the masalas ready. So u got to prepare the ingredients first on the table and then can start cooking.

This is awesome. Very healthy as well. Please post more of such combo dishes :)

While frying roll it in beginning only. It will be in same shape after getting fry.

Great video! Everything looks yummy! But have you considered the chopping time (for vegetables) and dough preparation (for Roti) as well? In my opinion, that would definitely increase the cooking time and cannot be under 30 mins :-)

True.even the gobi takes time to soften until one boils the gobi n potato for 5 or 10 mins

Yes its tough.. requires lot of planning and more than one thing will be on the stove at a time...and the last part the roti.. one roti takes one minute to cook... a more realistic time would be 1 hour..

Made this today and it turned out great. Family loved it. Added kachumber. Definitely took an hour total with only 4 burners, cutting vegg, cleaning prep ware and serving up. But overall a super time saving recipe! Thank you for sharing

One can never cook all these in 30 minutes.. of course it's quick however the prep is huge that includes chopping veg and paneer, peeling matar, washing ingredients , soaking rice , making dough and so much . Only using pan and spatula are not the contributor to cooking. Even if you have helper, cooking all these will take more than 30 minutes... you could atleast make jeera tadka rather than streaming it. Presentation is nice. You could avoid click bait.. your content does not need one

I tried this thali today and I am very happy with the results. Easy to make and tasty too. Though it took me much more time than half an hour to make this thali, I definitely see myself making it again. The common gravy base is a great idea and so is the jeera rice prepation. I learned a lot through this video. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed this meal. Thanks for sharing!

I don't think this could be done in 30 min, the prep would take that long alone.

This the food every bachelor in mess eat but its what they expect vs what they actually get(like prison food)!!
