Correction: The surfer getting ridiculously shacked at 04:28 - 05:38 is Pierre Picat, not Ryan Schoon. Our apologies for the mix up! Please hit subscribe if you like what you see - your support helps us to keep making films and content that is free to view.

Incredible. Ocean on spin cycle. If you asked a surfer to dream of a wave he wouldn't dream of one this good.

This is the wave I drew on my pencil case and books as a grom in the early 70s as I stared out the window at school, daydreaming and mindsurfing 🤣. Here it is, made real. Awesome clip. Thank you for keeping it raw, great sound, almost felt I was there.

Thus wave looks easy to get tubed on but it's INCREADABILLY DIFFICULT to actually pull off, I've been there 3 times and I'm still looking for my perfect wave. The shifting take off is super tiny, with a shunting current second to none, then there a soft sanded walk that just sucks your energy from you. If the swell direction is out it's just now makable even through it just looks perfect. But Such a peach of a place man!
