It's an interesting plugin and the amplifier is also interesting, we're in a love-hate relationship, I like some of its tones but sometimes I'd rather switch to something else because we don't understand each other. :) This is not because of the plugin but because of the character of the amplifier, which is obviously a matter of taste. The plugin itself is excellent.

Yeah that’s my exact take on it as well. I hope they bring out a rectifier plugin cause that would be my jam 10000%

Will be interesting to see your ranking of amp sims after your whole deep dive into all of them.

Really love the format of these reviews, mate! It's great you use the same segments to dial them in the mix, makes it so easy to click back and forth between different ones to hear them. I'd be really interested to hear what you thought of the Josh Middleton Tonality - Maybe compare it with your 6505? I demod it but could only demo for a few days before it expired, it felt really good and responded well, I just have a couple of other 6505 and Rectifier sims that I liked more so didn't buy it.

I actually started the trial for that one and it ran out by the time I went to film and I was sad 🤣. I’ll probably give that one a dedicated video soon, I’ll reach out to STL and get a trial reset or something, heard nothing but good stuff. But honestly I grabbed amphub annual for about $60-70 and that’s been my goto for a couple weeks before all of this. Keen to see how Middleton stacks up

I tried this and couldn't get any pleasing tone. I read manual and watched yt videos on how to dial mark series amp and still couldn't dial it. On the contrary, I get usable tone from MLS ML5 dan Fluff2C. The latter somehow is easier to dial in. Maybe it has Fluff mojo bake in so user doesn't need to dial too much to get usable tone.
