Yeah, iirc that was added in the big shield patch before the most recent one

Held bursts break low shield now, yes. In that specific interaction though, miyako did a shield OS by doing jab>shield, and when you do that you can't hold the shield for extended durations, so the heat actually hit the recovery frames (you can tell because Arcueid got a "punish"). If Miyako did the OS with a stand shield she would have still been punished because the shield would have ended before defending the heat
