Merseyside Police Operational Command Centre & PC Butthurt

A state-of-the-art home on the Estuary Business Park in Speke for Merseyside Police’s Matrix Serious and Organised Crime (MSOC) Unit
The teams which make up the Matrix Serious and Organised Crime (MSOC) Unit are currently based in separate leased buildings no longer fit for purpose. The new centre will enable them to co-locate in a facility which is economically efficient and designed for the requirements of a modern police force.
Scope
• The facility includes a main three-storey concrete framed building with changing accommodation, a gym and equipment stores on the ground floor with office accommodation for specialist units on the top two floors.
• The site will also have a separate single-storey building to be used for administrative purposes, plus a kennel block, fuel station, car wash facility and dog vehicle cleaning ramp.
Pre-construction
• 575 apprentice weeks have been targeted for the project - six apprentices, four of whom are directly employed by the main contractor, currently work on the site.
• The first of some 25 planned community activities, we have recently engaged a local nursery to partake in an Ivor Goodsite colouring competition, and arranged a charity football match and bike ride to raise funds for MIND.

Hahaha wee fella at the end was nearly crying. Brilliant. Pity he wasn't partnered up with the angry Irishman, that would've made some brilliant footage.

Great content AB , The Irish guy was literally flashing back to his days in Belfast when he was bundling people into black Marias and giving them a good hiding just for the fun of it !!!

The frustration displayed in some of them when they realise they can’t use their usual intimidation tactics is immense.

It’s not protect and serve anymore, it’s intimidate and control. It’s sad to see police officers behave like this jogging character in green behaves like.

You have a natural ability to act like you don't know what is going on, and to then engage in mind games (without them knowing), and challenge them, and then you get to 'check-mate' and they don't even know how they got there in the first place.

I live for this shite! "OUR building!" This guy had an attitude and you dragged him across the coals. Love the way you bait these despots into thinking your filming nature and then they think they've got you, but even if you're filming the building, that's perfectly OK, too. Officer "Butt hurt" LMAO! Well done my friend. God bless you AB.

These tyrants need to be checked all day everyday and we have the authority to dictate to the police force the type of policing that we feel is appropriate in our society...

I’ve watched the short piece at the end a few times now. What a complete tool he was. Full of self importance and perceived authority. Skilfully dispatched in 4 minutes. Absolutely brilliant

MATRIX is the new " trendy " name given to what was the Operational Support Group. They are the mobile resource that can be dispatched to incidents to supplement the local first response teams. The real reason the dog section, mounted section, armed response, (I'm told also the counter terrorism unit) and MATRIX are all being located at Speke is because Merseyside police got a big grant for having a resource close to John Lennon airport. The OSD have a chequered past, notably for excessive violence and routinely fitting up people during random stop searches.
