Morning everyone, After many years watching your great videos decided to write something. So, my SOTD: Fatip special edition (open comb), Lea shaving cream stick, Razorock 400 butterscotch handle. East Mids water to rinse, Nivea man sensitive and to finish Neutrogena moisturizer cream. MOTD- I've no idea, have to ask the boss (wife). Great rest of Sunday everybody.

Hey Paul great Sunday shave...I know what you mean sometimes you just enjoy the shave more than other times 👍. Everything feels just right. My SOTD was Zingari Man The Merchant soap and aftershave splash. Razor was my Merkur 34C with a Gillett Blue blade. I use your new Paul H Film brush and the balm was Proraso Yellow. It was a great shave for me today too... lol. MOTD was goat stew. I haven't had it for a long time it was fantastic. Take care.

Morning Paul. Nice shave demo today. You are the first person I've seen to load your brush spreading the hairs and placing the soap deep inside. I might give that a try. I just smear my soap into my bowl, wet the brush and begin to whip up a laughter. The smaller brushes from Simpson do a great job and don't get the credit they deserve. Hi John, I use that method a few times with creams, this was more of a crope, but it worked ok, creams are much better, hope it works for you, just something different isn't it. Have a great week ahead, all the best and many thanks 🙂

So glad to pick up your videos again, the Astra Super stainless provides just enough bite to be one of my favorite blades. Wonderful shave, brilliant razor. Once again, Paul you help reduce my blood pressure .

Hallo Paul, Du hast es ja schon gemerkt, es ist ein 42c ... so einen habe ich auch, ein super Hobel, nur die Verarbeitung lässt leider etwas zu wünschen übrig und was den Hobel angeht, den hatte angeblich die Wehrmacht schon im Kulturbeutel mitgetragen. Die Rasiercreme ist einsame Spitze, die hatte ich auch mal, zur Zeit habe ich die Grapefruit von old bond Street , auch sehr schön! Heute gibt's bei uns gebratenen Lachs mit Pellkartoffeln und Butter - auch sehr schön! Ich wünsche allen eine angenehme Weihnachtszeit und einen schönen 1. Advent! SOTD for me these days is a Shark Platinum in an unidentified 3 piece found at a local antique shop, using Proraso White. Keep up the good work, and regards to Mrs. H and her lovely flowers. Hi Paul- Great Sunday shave; thank you! Very nice combination of shaving products for your shave. I also have the Kent Infinity brush and I find it is just great for a small bowl lather or face lather. Lovely roses from Mrs H; many thanks to her, as always! Hi Paul, greetings from Texas! My SOTD included the Rex Ambassador razor for 3 passes, with Shark blade from Egypt. The soap is from Cooper and French, Benediction. Brush handle was turned by my cousin and fitted with a 26mm Boar knot by me. Alum, Thayer's Lavender witch hazel followed by Cooper and French Benediction aftershave balm. Very, very close shave. New razor on the way....I've never tried a "slant"; so, I ordered the new Rex Supply Co Konsul Slant Adjustable stainless steel. Rex Supply is a sister company of Razor Emporium, here in the States.

Nice shave Paul, I was taking look at TOBS shop on Thursday and Floris took Glenda for a two day break to London stayed at the London Hilton Park lane beautiful hotel, some artisan fan boys say tobs is over hyped my backside one of the great traditional soap makers out there and price point you can’t go wrong and their aftershaves have a good longevity I love tobs take care and enjoy the rest of your week regards to Mrs H 😀👍

As it’s usually expected, amazing shave! I’m loving the new camera angle; though it picks up a fair bit of your breathing (constructive criticism I promise!) awesome work nonetheless!!! A minty Sunday shave. I have one peppermint shaving soap and one peppermint balm (Cremo). They do make for a pleasant shave. I prefer the Astra Green (Superior Platinum) over the Astra Blue (Superior Stainless) blades. In fact, my SOTD used the Rockwell 6S w/ an Astra Green blade (3rd use) and Gillette Pure shaving cream. I also applied the cream directly to my brush and did a face lather. The usual post-shave with alum and witch hazel followed w/ Duke Cannon mentholated balm. A close, comfortable, refreshing shave. i love peppermint, menthol ect but mostly in the warm weather, but hey did just use the orange chilled from Sterling and the Lemon chill from Sterling even its cold outside in Denmark lol, need to find a soap warming you up instead if there is such soap. wonderful display by Mrs. H. When I watch your stash of shaving brushes on your display cupboard I always think that if those brushes could talk they would kinda wish: "is he gonna pick me this time? Tobs Peppermint - my favorite! Time to load up a feather in the DE89 and finish the shave with Dickenson eucalyptus and menthol witch hazel, topped off with ice blue Aqua Velva. It's a minty explosion that lights up the day for me. Thanks for setting up my SOTD!

TOBS Peppermint was my first scented soap/cream, and it's still one of my favorites! If you like this, I think you'll like Arctic Mud by Ginger's Garden. It's a mixture of peppermint and spearmint, and it's just a really great nostalgic scent that smells like chewing gum. Great performance as well. It lathers in just a few seconds. Irena is a 3rd generation soap maker, and that's my absolute favorite soap. You've just inspired me to use TOBS peppermint, a Kent brush, and Merkur razor (34C), and I'll even try an Astra blue. I'll use my Arctic Mud splash though. Have a great day, Paul!

Love the classic style of the 1904. SOTD was the Game Changer .84 with a 4th. use Gillette 7oclock black. Still very smooth. Stirling Hot Apple Cider. BBS baby. No nicks. Thayers Lavender witch hazel. Cologne was Monte Blanc Legend Night. Have a great day all.

I've had better luck with Astra green labeled blades than with the blue labeled ones. That said, I may soon try a blue one again, because it's been a while. All the best.

Thank you, just add water bit by bit until the lather is creamy, but not to thick and sticky.

Combined head and face shave for me today, so SOTD... Mingshi (futur replica) on setting 1 Dorco Titan blade. 1st use Cella shaving soap Yaqi lucky dice Nivea aftershave balm Blue Stratos Aftershave. MOTD Stuffed loin of pork Mash, toasties, Savoy cabbage, carrots, peas and gravy.
