Been using this razor for a year, and I have yet to cut or nick myself with it. Great balance and grip even with wet fingers, and the solid brass handle gives it a nice heft. It will go through a week's beard growth much more efficiently than a closed comb, and I use it for everyday shaving, too. Two passes, and done.

I have the same razor. I just love it. Both the way it shaves and how it looks.
