Okay what Meredith had with Derek was a once in a lifetime thing, but after all that she's been through, she deserves a second chance at love and life and happiness. I hope they dont mess this up coz in that case I'm pretty sure I wont be watching GA ever again.

Vasudha Singh omg thank you for saying that like Derek was her one and we all won’t forget it but Meredith is happy with Andrew and honestly they bring out the best in each other and Derek would approve I hate this mcwidow I do so much he is nothing and I love Christina but she hasn’t been around to know what Meredith wants and honestly what about the kids Zola and bailey and elize don’t need siblings they need to know their mum is not gonna love other kids then them

He makes her all bubbly and just genuinely happy 😍

I've been with this show since day 1, so I well know the passionate romance of MerDer, they were a 1 in a million couple, but he's gone, he's dead off the show, he's not coming back, he couldn't even if he wanted to, because Derek is dead! Let Meredith love again. For a while there, I feared they would never let her have a new love & as some of you recall, Lucus wasn't her 1st boyfriend after Derek died, but, I feel Lucus could be her last. I want them to eventually get married, her kids deserve to have another great man as their Father & tbh, I know Derek would approve of Lucus, he's a stand up guy. Plus OMG, is it just me or does every time he looks at her, every woman watching feels something? lol. I didn't notice him when he was 1st cast, just another cute guy, but the writers have stepped up on him & now I see, this man is kind & sexy & strong, I like Andrew DeLuca with Meredith. There will never be another Derek, but, you can fall in love more than once in your life, moving on doesn't mean forgetting.

Tara und Lanzelot I felt the same way and then rewatching old episodes I realized Derek and her were both so career driven...this relationship she gets to be a little more swooned...or relaxed...not sure but it’s different in a good way

Well yeah he's not Derek shepherd but Meredith deserves to be happy! derek has been gone a long time now. so mer deserves to be happy after life with derek. she deserves so much happiness!!!! And deluca makes her so incredibly happy and that's really beautiful so just be happy for Meredith. if you are a true fan you will be ok with her choices. because I am and I really loved Meredith & derek together they were so beautiful together. but she deserves love after life with derek. and she did care for deluca she cared for him so much so it's beautiful to see her happy again! She deserves it.

Jada Seymone I loved MerDer, but half of their relationship was based on Fighting and not being on the same page. But Merluca actually care for each other and see the greater good in each other. Plus I think Derek would of liked him, I mean mer’s happy and that’s all that matters.
