Allah tidak bisa memaksa kita untuk berbuat sesuatu atas apa yang Dia kehendaki, karena Allah tidak bisa melanggar tatanan-Nya. Kita yang harus bertindak dalam merebut hati kita untuk Tuhan, karena sejak kecil hati kita telah lama diisi oleh berbagai kenikmatan dunia yang fana. Karena dunia ini terlihat dan dapat dirasakan, sangat mudah selera kita terbangun untuk menikmatinya. Mari kita menanggalkan semua ketertarikan dosa dunia, agar kita tidak dimiliki dunia yang akan binasa ini. Dimulai dengan mendisiplinkan pikiran kita terhadap hal-hal yang tidak patut kita pikirkan. Mari kita menjadi kekasih Tuhan, dengan tidak boleh memiliki kekasih lain. Jangan ada yang lebih berharga selain Tuhan dalam hidup ini.
