Jesus! I surrender to Your love!

I used to listen to this on cd when I was a kid and I'd fall asleep to it. I also used to cry to it because I really did have faith as a child. I fell away from God for a number of years but recently felt absolutely compelled to come back to Jesus. Best decision I've ever made. I've given up everything for Jesus and I'm not lacking a single thing!

My stepdad just passed away he was the father figure I needed to help me become a better man and this song reminds me that God is still “here with me” even in grief

a pastor i like talked about how with an increase in single moms, many kids cant relate to the idea of God as Father, saying stuff like "why would i want a father" cuz they dont know what a good father is like. in Christ we will be reunited with our loved ones someday

My favorite song that they have ever done. When I listen to this song it reminds me of when God came to comfort me as a child after a traumatic event. His powerful presence, there is nothing that can ever compare.

Extremely moving song. Expressing the power and love and mercy of our God the Father and His Son our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. Tears flow every single time I hear this song. It ranks right there with their masterpiece and God Breathed I CAN ONLY IMAGINE. PRAISE OUR LORD FOREVER AND EVER !!! If we don't the rocks, the trees and the animals will cry out in praise...

“You’re everywhere I go. I am not alone.” This song brought me peace during tough times

As I was being rushed into the OR for an emergency C Section, I heard this song over the speaker in the OR. I had heard it hundreds of times, but this time it spoke to me heart and all the lyrics became my prayer. Needless to say, within the 2 minutes it took for them to get me rolled into the room and prepped, circumstances changed. Within those 2 minutes I had dilated 3 cm. and had my third son nearly before the song had ended....without a c section. He is 11 years old now and this song holds a special place in our hearts. It serves as a deep reminder to surrender my cares and needs unto the Lord. He is the miracle maker!

One of the best worship songs OF ALL TIME!! I wish there was a way to see MercyMe perform this song accompanied by full orchestra. That would be beauriful especially with the violin parts!

This song popped up on my Pandora right now and I forgot how much I loved it I had it on repeat and have been signing this to God as well as praying I have not felt his presence as strong as I do now! Absolutely you have the right to do whatever you choose..... Just making a point and you obviously understand what Christianity is. Definitely NOT a cult either, but those who believe Christ was God and died on the cross for the sins of all mankind. Unfortunately "religion" makes a mockery of that simplicity too. I guess I'm confused as to why you're not interested in salvation but rather "spirituality". You can be full of "spirit" but without salvation there's nothing left. Even Buddha talks about the Nirvana as an end place.....even though Buddhism doesn't believe in God.

This song always pops out of nowhere at the time I most need to here it

It's AWESOME to be in the presence of God. It's through His presence that we are able to see the reality of God.

My grandfather passed away in April 2017 and recently my great grandmother passed away a few weeks ago. My family's and even my heart is shattered when they lost our 2 elderly loved ones in nearly 5 years apart. I think they still here with them, still here with me in spirit and dreams.

+This Sling & Stone it was as if I was looking down on myself as the Lord approached. I was kneeling with my head down in a vision when the Lord helped me up He said my sins were forgiven. I was blown away, awestruck, and immediately came back to myself. The Lord was still there but I could not see Him, the Lord hears everything we say. The Lord checks in on us when we call out to Him.

+This Sling & Stone thanks for the encouragement, brother. The encounter was extremely personal, the prayer that led up to it. I was at rock bottom and the Lord lifted me up big time. Just knowing that my faith had been confirmed, that the Lord cared for me. Nobody can do that in that situation-lift a person's spirits when they are completely defeated (or so I thought). I waited all my life for that moment. I'm not disappointed although it happened so fast and I didn't get to say anything-I mean seriously what do you say to the King of kings?

what a spiritual lift. This song reminds me of the relationship God wants to have with us. Thank you Heavenly Father. We speak of Jesus often. The Lord of Spirits deserves our worship and praise too! To God be the Glory!!

I have been living my life my own. Resulting to grief, suffering and regrets. Surrender is what I need in the every waking moment of my life. I am not as confident to pray as before. I seem to be just saying words and are not deep rooted coz my actions are still frustrating. I know I need to invite Jesus into my life but everytime I do, I get trampled by my own sins again. I am tired of being full of me. I want to be full of God. And I desire it to be for real this time. I'm sick of crying over the same reasons. Waking every morning as if I am lifeless.
