This is my opinion but this version of Mercy was way hotter than Harley Quinn.

Just realized she plays Wolverine's love interest. Crazy she is the daughter of a billionaire techie in MCU and assistant to one in DC.

My theory: she was probably a robot in this film which is why Lex sent her to die and he's just going to build another one. She's often portrayed as a robot such as the Young Justice series which is why it would not surprise me if she was a robot which also makes it possible to make future appearances in DC movies.

Having few lines she still manages to create a fatal beauty presence with just her expression and gestures. Sad that now all the Superman characters from the DCEU won't return not even Superman himself

On April 26 2018 it will be two years since my dear friend Kurt Stegall (d. 12/23/2016) took me to see B v S. he had already seen it a couple times! I loved the characters esp Lex and Wonder Woman! Kurt passed away a little over a year ago. we also saw suicide squad and Dr. Strange together. he liked B v S better than Suicide Squad, he had said. but sad he didn't get to catch Justice League. I went on opening day and took a photo of him with me and held it in my lap!

I’m noticing a trend with this movie, introduce Jimmy Olsen, kills him off. Introduce Mercy Graves, kills her off. Introduce Doomsday, kills him off. Zack must really have a bone to pick with Superman characters.

HOLY CRAP! I notice Mercy a few times in this movie, I didn't even realize the part where he set her up to die! Then again this should not shock me, Lex is always killing her off or throwing her into something that gets her killed!

Yeah I hope he brings her back as a cyborg with blasters hidden in ger arms

Beeing loved an desired by a beautiful model like her must be something, and your ego as man must become so massive that I wonder if it is rather the cause or the consequence ^_^

In the comics, the character of Mercy Graves was introduced as an Amazon from Themiscyra, like Wonder Woman. However, her character was later rebooted as human.

Mercy is an interesting character, but having her be from Themiscyra is a terrible idea. How would a villainous Amazonian be completely subservient to any man, let alone a man like Lex Luthor?

@@Matthew-Anthony - well, there are several Amazonians who end up working for humans, like Giuana, who's Ms Smyth's bodyguard in Gail Simone' *Secret Six* . Giuana didn't go back to Themyscira, and she is ultra fucked up. I won't spoil her character anymore if someone wants to read an evil amazon done right, read the Secret Six storyline *Depths* .

They will come back after flashpoint, let's remember what the Flash movie will be flashpoint and if you read the story, you'll know that the entire DC universe is rebooting.

Tao was a great actor for Mercy. I hope they reboot an actually decent Superman movie with her as Mercy. But Jesse is terrible as Luthor (Make him the Riddler, works sooo well)

Similarly like joker is with harley but more cold.. Joker and lux are high value itilligent men and high value loyal woman being a potential downfall to them may be their inner worst fear. Their constantly reminded of the female and male nature especially when their around allot of backstabbing and evil.

The movie was bad... This actress however is so accurate yet deadly with her performance...she killed it as Mercy! Not to mention her beauty and smile did charm me immediately... just upset she died too early... but her amazing performance will make this movie worth watching! By they way...I like those shoes!

She looked like a generic background npc, I didn't even there was a mercy graves in the movie. She looks like a random women you'd see at train station. There was not even a fight scene of her being let's luthor's body guard.

She barely did anything.

I liked Tao, she just needed a better Lex in a superior movie.

Honestly it’s best that she transitions over to Marvel and probably have a better role after this trainwreck of a movie.

Such a waste of what was supposed to be a badass henchwoman with incredible hand to hand combat abilities, even able to go toe to toe with superman cause she was rumored to be of "Amazon" decent. But no. The only live action film portrayal we'll ever get of her is some meaningless secretary

I’m just gonna chalk it up to bad writing. The real Mercy Graves is a dangerous mercenary capable of defending herself and her clients as well as dealing with witnesses without remorse. Luther has killed her in past iterations when it was absolutely necessary for him to do so usually in regards for his own life but to just to see her away like this. Whoever did it did not understand the characters or source material well. It’s a shame too because a recreation of the famous Batman interrogation of Luthor and her being punched would’ve been great as well as a showdown between her and bats or her gun play skills being great but having little effect on Superman would’ve been a great show. Instead they gave us this. If you ask me it’s just poor writing and they heard a name to put next to Lex.

What the hell is this movie. I'm a batman fan and it still pisses me off when i see Jimmy Olsen and Mercy, 2 great character's die in such a stupid way, not even having an important role.
