I got the merc yesterday. HYPE UP E-WHITE GANGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGG!!!!!!!! And for people saying this is high pitched: it's not moded. no pe foam to tape mod no anything.

@@kvdxx6603 the price isn't only determined by the sound quality. Honestly people who bought this board weren't going for sound at all. We know that the sound is mediocre and isn't worth the price, but this is Rocket Keyboards's very first keyboard and there is no R2. The price comes from it's design and exclusivity. For space theme lovers (me included) this is a no brain buy; same as for apollo 80, Mr. Suit, the jellys etc. Do people have to spend $500 on jellys? Absolutely not. Add PE foam to the Keychron Q1 and it will sound like jelly, yet people even spend $1200 or $1300 on the aftermarket products. It's all based on perspective, I think it's worth it, it's worth it. You think it's not worth it, it's not worth it.

Same. I had it in my cart and all, but didn't like it as much for 400+. I think 350 would be good. I'm going to go for the ellora65 instead now.

nice video but damn, i feel like with these truly premium keyboards.. even if there are people willing to pay like $500-$700 with all the extras or w/e.. we can't even get our hands on these

This board was just overpriced. The pricing was because of the anodization of the planets on the aluminum plate. At least thats what rocketkeyboards replied with on reddit. Then said since it was hard to get them right, there would be multiples tries at anodization. So in reality the buyers are paying extra for it to look right. Cool in looks but not $430 worth

Holy Bobas for some reason have less leaf noise than boba U4Ts, and I think the holy boba sound is just slightly better!

US boards sold out hella quick but only a few boards sold on prototypist so they undid the region lock. Me in a rush because I was working at the time and didn’t click eblack rite or mispressed and got ewhite and some how got 2 fr4 plates sooo .. Jae from proto typist told me and another guy he was watching a movie with his wife so he didn’t want to do it now but when he got to the office in the morning if any black boards where left he would switch them then.. I mean I understand not wanting to deal with work during wife time but damn man I’m sad … I mite just cancel my order this experience just sucked
