Hi usually all kind of aftermarket parts like this is never 100% therefore I bought these original parts in video for 1200€

I watch lot of car videos on utube,ur videos are best detailed videos brilliant and keep posting.

Be aware if you have factory tow hitch as I got you can not use it before you modify the diffuser. Still not done it but going to do it, need some cutting unfortunately.

So maybe this is a stupid question ,but I have a 2010 e350 and I absolutely love the mod....only problem im having is this looks like a "kit" that comes with all you see?? Or did everything get purchased separately? I can only find separate pieces that would make this thing extremely costly like the diffuser alone was over 300 the muffler tips just under 400 then u have all those oter piecies

do you know if there is a version that works if you have a tow hitch?

Hi Quick question. I can see You have tow bar fitted. Did you had to remove some parts from new or even the original (old) diffuser? In mine FL S212 I have some airbag or other safety sensors with wires. Did You cut that off to be able to open the tow bar? Thanks

First of all, I would like to say that the new diffuser looks so great on your new S212 (FL). But the chrome parts on the new diffuser are black as in the Mercedes-Benz night package. For this reason, do you plan to replace the shiney chrome parts on the "front bumper lip" with the night package chrome part? Who knows, maybe you can install complete E63 front bumper in the future.

Thanks! First looked to buy the chrome part to match the front but I did think it stand out to much in the rear. Like the black look better even if I like to keep some chrome parts. But I probably change the front lips to black or the AMG bumper but is pretty expensive so not sure is much money to spend!

@@MB212 Well than maybe you can apply black or piano black vinyl wrap to the front lip (maybe the other chrome trims too.) In this way front lips in harmony/match with your new black diffuser as a Mercedes-Benz Night Package. As you know vinyl wrap is temporary so, you can remove it whenever you want.

why you need amg exhaust system on 2.1 diesel though ?

Question: the tailpipe does not connect to the actual muffler exhaust? When looking thru the AMG tips, I see "the other side" of the ground. Just curious.

I had the same problem with mine when I installed the AMG diffuser. Hated that you could easily see though it and the ground was visible. I took it to a local muffler shop and had them weld on a piece of metal to extend the AMG tips to fill that horrible gap. Now it looks seamless and I’m extremely happy with the final result.

@@michaelsherwood3047 great idea!! I have mine installed over a year now, but I thought the place that installed it made a mistake. They charged me so low for the install ($150) that I was embarrassed to ask. Thank you for the great suggestion.

No need little cutting in the middle if you using original hook, and is kinda visible but not to bad.

Does the estate and the sedan carry the same diffuser?.

Not a directly fit, if you like to use this you need to change bumper and lights also.

I've been looking for a video like this for a long time. The part numbers for the bumper trim is night package. What would be the chrome part number? They are very confusing when looking it up. Thanks.

4:50 you add a round cap to the bottom part of the diffuser at each end. What would be the part number for that? I am 95% complete with this now. Video was great help. Thanks

You would find many aftermarket kit for around 300 euro I believe! Quality and fitment is never the same. But probably good enough!

They are pretty expensive to get new, you could check eBay or other online sites. If you like new you can contact your mb dealer and they fix all parts for you.

Yess I kinda had the same feeling but because I do KZread videos about my modifications, and also earn some of the money back from these videos. So I kinda thought I could do it then 😆

You probably broke alot clips that way , next time , taking off the bumper is way more easy trust me , people are so scared to take big pieces off a car but its easier sometimes , installing s diffuser , take of the bumper to see where the clips are and to actually take the old one off properly instead of yanking it tils smalls clips break … taking of a bumper is usually like 4-6bolts and push pin and maybe like 2 bigger bolt … anyways you seem to have took your time and went easy on it , most people dont xD 🤷‍♂️

Around 1100 euro original from your mb dealer, you could also find aftermarket for around 300 euro.

Would be nice to see also front spoiler lip installation. Only £547 😂
