can someone please tell me that i have this e240 2003 model m112 v6 engine, how much oil level should it show and how much oil i should put in it, my machanic put 8 liters of oil in it last time, is it the correct level?

Did u tur off that srs warning?

E-55 turn key position 2. screen as shown above. Temp screen. Push button down on steering wheel. Says reading oil level. Observe waiting period. See owners manual like me

I have same in E500, but it tells only "oil level OK". but if im doing like this guy it shows me oil lvl 6.0 liters. I bought "bagnet" and shows me full oil. What can be wrong?

Does NOT work for all w211’s. VIDEO IS TITLED WRONG! 07-09 have dipsticks.

Mine is E240 2004...i experienced an engine oil lost @ 5,000km interval of 10,000km service due.....is it a common to this model?

2007-2009 have dipsticks. The person that titled this video is a dipstick. Not for all w211’s

Any idea what the reading should be for a W211 320CDI?

it measures maybe 0.5L- 0.7L less then the actual value in the engine, That is only in 320cdi models. In the engine in 320cdi models goes 7,3L in the straight 6 engine. So the value should be 6.5L 6.7L if you measure like in my video. cheers

I have a E280CDI an der BC show me 6,5L. I take by the oil changing 7L. In my engine comes 7,3L oil. Thank you dontworrychTV. Now I know this is normal, that he show me less but everything is Okey.

i put 7 liter in my inline 3.2 cdi but it shows 6.4

i will tell you i try with my first customer with w211 restyle... you can try to switch to temperature and put half egnition on and push the button 3 times quickly??? you should enter the menu like this

The reason is because all Mercedes W211 E class models from 2003 to 2005 dont have oil dip stick thats why they put this Feature , but E class from 2006 to 2009 no need this Feature coz simply u can check oil level by dip stick .

It's not for your model.. And you have oil stick
