Thanks a lot! Done this job on a GLK350 and worked as you described. I did broke the first clip.... this is a 11years cars with over 200 k miles so....replaced with a new clip. All good. I do advise to take the thing out and work on a flat table.. don't attempt to remove the switch (Part # A 204 905 84 02 - US$ 23.00) without full view of what you are doing!

E350 C207 is what I drive and I pulled the door card following your video and I’m stuck because the back looks different. The switch is identical but the felt that covers it is not like yours.. it was applied inside before the switch was installed apparent from the front and pushed in. There is a optical plastic thing in the way from the back. Help if you can please

Well, it's a horror show just to replace this little switch. That's bad design, especially since this type of switch work is prone to chipping. M-B put cheap switches and that's unforgivable!
