Installed this on the 2003 s500, cannot get steering buttons to work. Probably can settings. Would you mind sharing?
Please, can you install an Android HU in my 2004 S500 with MOST OEM HU and fiber Optic. We are unable to get sound.
Looks great, I was going to install one of these in my 2000 S500 but Xtrons tech support tells me it won’t work in my car. So bummed!

That's strange, the head unit listing covers 1998-2005 so it should work and be the same install as in my 2001

@@frenchineer that’s what I thought but when I asked tech support why that one would not work they responded with no reasons why it wouldn’t, just that we offer no head unit for your 2000 model. Very frustrating.
Hello. I bought the car with xtrons installed already. I run into annoying problem, my climate control unit screen doesn't change color from dark to orange, it is just dark all the time. Do you have any idea if there is any wire from xtrons to original wiring that maybe someone missed while installing xtrons? or anything else. I am searching all over internet but can't find the answer.

I don't think it's related to the radio install, though you could check the connections. It could be an issue with the HAC unit itself, or maybe with the light sensor attached to the windshield.
