Less than $20 can fix your problem It takes longer to remove the side panel than to get it going. Glad I was able to help out
I have the same problem , does this solution have negativ side for electronic system on the car ? Thanks for this video btw.

you will not be able to use voice command. which I believe you never used in the past.
Can anyone help me ive got mercedes benz s class s350 CDI 2010 and when i turn on radio or disk or even voice command dont work it says service unavailable and the changer dont work either can someone please help ? Ive tried to remove the fuse box and put it back still dint work also tried reset all dint work as well

if it keeps turning off unplug the voice command so it doesnt turn on and off and bigger damage
I also ordered one, I put it on but it doesn't work,why ?

Are you able to see red light at the end of the plug when you unplug it? Where are you located?
